Very comfortable and cute beach Condo located two short blocks to the beach, a five minute walk to the main village and beach restaurants and an easy walk to the Del Mar Racetrack.
Newly painted condo furnished with casual and very comfortable denim oversized couches. Our condo has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and two full bathrooms. The living area includes an oversized couch and chaise that can easily be slept on. This condo is an end unit with a great ocean view. Each bedroom has a TV and the living area has a flat screen TV, DVD, stereo an internet access. We even have a TV in the kitchen for the cook in the family. The balcony looks out to the ocean and has a gas grill. There is a washer and dryer on site as well as off street parking. This condo is great for families and a deal considering all other hotel rooms in the vicinity are running in the high two and three hundreds just for a single room.

I had a wonderful time in your condo! The location was perfect! Our family loves Del Mar and finding your place has made it even better. We enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants. So close to everything. Being at 18th St. makes a much easier walk to everything than staying on the north end of Del Mar. The condo was very clean and up to date. I was impressed with all the linens, 4 TV's and tons of cookware! We will definately rent again! Thanks for the great stay!

What a fantastic place to stay. The condo was super comfortable...a place to relax and put your feet up. It was clean and great for entertaining. They definitely put thought into this place when they furnished it. Comfy large denim couches, a bar height dining table and a TV for everyone! Not that we stayed in much. You can walk everywhere from this place. The view to the beach is right off the balcony and waking back and forth from the beach is a breeze. No need to deal with the hassle of summer parking. All the restaurants and the village is an easy 5 minute walk. You can also walk to the track! It was great! We will return summer after summer!

Condo close to everything! The ocean view was spectacular. We walked everywhere! Never got in the car. That was the best especially having kids. We walked to Jake's and the Poseidon almost every night we were there. The Plaza had some great restaurants for the adult only nights. We will definitely be staying in this condo again!

Fabulous condo by the beach. The view was incredible and the walk to the beach is right out front. It was so nice to not have to get in the car to go to breakfast, lunch, dinner or even shopping. We will be staying here every summer. The condo was super clean and very comfortable. Perfect for the whole family.

I love this place! We were able to walk to the Race Track which was a blast, walk to any of the restaurants or just cook at home with everything right there in the kitchen that you could possibly need. The best thing of all however was being able to walk to the beautiful beach and watch the sunset from the deck. The condo is large with two bathrooms and bedrooms and you can watch TV from several different locations or watch a movie together in the living room. The kitchen is large too and easy to cook in for a small party or a large party. We'll be back every year for sure! You just cannot beat the location - it's the perfect vacation place!
