Your island home includes one bedroom with a queen size bed, private bath, a living room equipped with a sofa, table and chairs, TV, and kitchen. An additional bathroom features an ocean view. Although the view is great from the sofa, the lanai, which includes two chairs and a table, offers fantastic sunsets.

Located at The Imperial of Waikiki in the new Waikiki Beachwalk shopping and entertainment district just a short 100 yards from the sand, your stay includes use of the unique rooftop pool and jacuzzi. A restaurant and a convenience store are located just downstairs and the Waikiki Beachwalk district right out the door. As a guest, valet parking is available for a daily fee.

  • We stayed in Karl and Penny's condo this past July and had a wonderful time from start to finish. The accomodations were very clean comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, shopping and some of the best restaraunts in Wakiki. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Next time we go to Hawaii I would definately love to stay there.

  • This was my third time staying in this condo. Once with my husband, once with my friend, and now this third time with my daughter. I have never been disappointed and am happy to recommend it to anyone who asks. The view is spectacular and the unit is super clean!! Everything you need is there, including chairs to take down to the beach. The unit is close to everything you need. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and of course-no lack of ABC Stores. The staff at the Imperial are excellent as well - they are very helpful. It is so nice to be so close to the beach at such reasonable rates. Thank you again, Karl and Penny for allowing us to stay in your condo.

  • Karl and Penny We have stayed in your condo twice now on on our vacations to Hawaii. Your room with view is just breath taking! It's clean, very well maintained and we enjoyed every moment we spent there. I would absolutely recommend your place to anyone researching for a place to stay in Waikiki. Its affordable, its steps away from the beach, and right in the center of Waikiki. Thank you! We will be back!

  • We recently spent six nights at this Waikiki condo (Sept. 08). This was our first VRBO experience and won't be our last. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The condo was exactly as represented....actually better. The location was perfect for access to the beach, groceries, and a variety of restaurants and shopping. We never tired of just looking out at the ocean and the surfers. The staff was very helpful. We made it to Pearl Harbor and climbed to the top of Diamond Head. Next time I think we'll rent a car to leisurely see the rest of the island (we took an all day tour that covered a lot but left not enough time to explore). The condo was perfect for two! Thanks again.

  • Hello, This is a long overdue note to say how much we enjoyed staying in this wonderful condo. Our stay was in July 2007. Our daughter and her husband just stayed in another unit that the owners have and it reminded me that I needed to share how great this place is! The owners have done a great job of keeping this home very comfortable, charming and contemporary. My wife and I can't think of a thing that we would change - that's how great this home is. The rental process is very easy and the owner is incredibly prompt in answering any questions that you may have. We so highly reccommend this owner and the units that they have that I would be happy to call anyone that would like to have a first hand conversation about the great experience.   • This was our first trip to Hawaii. My husband and I originally were going to stay in Kailua but decided to stay in Waikiki instead. We definatley made the right choice and this condo was PERFECT. Location, location, location! It's close to the beach, dining and entertainment. We're in our mid to late 20s so it was very convenient for the late night trips back from the bars. Also, the view from the lanai was beautiful. We felt at home because the condo was very cozy and clean. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family. If you're looking for a great Waikiki experience with a comfortable place to stay, then this is the condo for you! It exceeded my expectations.

  • Ditto ditto ditto, the condo was awesome!!! We stayed here between July 1-8, 2008 and it was a great time. The condo was very clean and the staff is amazing. The location of the condo is wonderful, everything is near by. I strongly recommend this condo to anyone. For my future travels to Hawaii, this will definitelty be my first choice...

  • We spent our Chrystmas in this Karl and Penny`s condo. We love this very clean, finely furnished with light coloured wood parquet and sea turtle decorations!   • We stayed in Karl's lovely condo for 10 days in December, 2007. We had a great time in Waikiki and we were completely satisfied with the condo. It really enhanced our Hawaiian vacation. It's central location and proximity to restaurants and beach was perfect. It is a well maintained unit and the view of the ocean is beautiful. We will definitely be back again, on our next visit to Waikiki.

  • We stayed in this condo for the first leg of our honeymoon. This was the first trip to Hawaii for my husband and boy did this condo sell him on Hawaii. The place was clean and had all the necessities to feel like we were home. The best part was the fresh flowers on the table and the Hawaiian music playing on the CD player when we walked in. We felt like we walked into paradise. The sunsets on the lanai were AMAZING. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful (especially when our car got broken into). We will definately be back. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
