If you are not yet familiar with the Ocean Lakes Resort, the Myrtle Beach area is quickly becoming one of the most popular vacation spots in the United States.
We are located at Sand Dollar Lake only about a 3 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy a peaceful relaxing vacation at this Spacious and Tastefully furnished beach house. Our house is unique in that it has two master bedrooms, one on the main level and one on the upper level which opens onto large porch. .
All 5 bedrooms have Queen-size beds, one bedroom has a Queen-size bed AND a Double Futon with upgraded mattress, this bedroom also opens onto large porch. Our house will accommodate families, couples, golfers (close to golf courses), numerous lakes for those who like to fish. Fishing is a favorite pastime as well as feeding the ducks and swans. Flea markets and shopping malls are only minutes away. Family room has TV/VCR/DVD player 4 bedrooms have TV's.
This house has a great open floor plan with a full kitchen that flows into a large family room. Kitchen is fully-equipped, smooth top electric range, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils provided, or you can use the gas grill located on the parking level. Also, located on the parking level is a private shower with hot and cold water, a picnic table and glider. Our house has large Porches where you can relax after a fun filled day at the beach or relax on the Breezy Deck and enjoy the soothing water fountain in Sand Dollar Lake.
Ocean Lakes Family Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security with almost a mile of beach, an Olympic-size pool, indoor pool plus a kiddie splash pool, shuffleboard, Putt-Putt, basketball goals, observation deck, an arcade with snack bar, games and pool tables, and a recreation building which is also used for church services on Sunday. Many more activities are onsite or nearby. Ocean Lakes has it all!
A ten mile an hour speed limit is strictly enforced by Ocean Lakes Security. Golf carts can be rented through Ocean Lakes Rentals. A parking fee is charged by Ocean Lakes payable at the main office.
Rental Information: Towels, bed linens, paper products, soap, detergent, maid service not provided. We ask that the house be left clean and orderly for the next guest. We do not rent to unmarried groups 25 years of age and under. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Will result in loss of deposit if rules are not followed.

Winter: 2012-2013 Dec-Feb ........ $1000/wk .. $150/nt (minimum 3 nts).

Our entire family enjoyed a great two weeks vacation from July 23, 2007 thru July 6, 2007 and we have rebooked for next year. The house was beautiful, had everything that we needed to make us feel at home and was very very clean. Thank you are sharing your home with our family!

We had a great time staying at your home on Snapper Lane. The house is AWESOME with plenty of space for kids, and multiple families. It was VERY, VERY clean. The location isn't too far from the ocean or the swimming pool. Its a nice place to relax. Our 3 yr old called it his "new house" and didn't want to come back to his "old house". I look forward to staying here again! Thank you!

You can judge a good vacation by whether or not you would return to the same place and do it all over again. The vote after a week in such a wonderful house was that nobody wanted to leave! We would recommend this property to anybody and hope to be repeat guest in the future.
