This beautiful vacation home on magical Marco Island is located on a sun drenched canal with southern exposure for all-day sun, only two blocks from direct access to the BEACH! Marco has just opened a new public path to the beach, that is only available to walk-on guests. Our house is only 2 short blocks from this beach! So now you have a choice; beach, pool, fishing off the dock or just relaxing in this lovely home!
Tastefully decorated in casual island decor, this lovely family-friendly house has three bedrooms (Master has a queen bed, second bedroom has twins, and the third bedroom has a queen), 2 baths, a gourmet kitchen with connecting family room, as well as a huge living and dining room. You can enjoy the water view from the lovely screened-in Lanai while swimming in the heated pool. The lanai area features rattan furniture and wet bar with Jenn-Aire cook top for casual outdoor dining. The house also has high speed internet access!

We bought this house as a family investment (sister in-laws shown here) in 2000 because we loved its spacious layout, southern exposure and lagoon-front. We have spent many great weeks here with our families in every month of the year - and enjoy them all. As an added bonus, the town installed a beach walkway 2 blocks a way - so we are literally the closest house to the beach on a canal - it's great!

We just got back from Marco Island and what a great vacation we had! Your home was so nice and we enjoyed our stay so much. Let me just say that the pictures do not do justice to the sunsets. They were amazing. We had everything we could need and then some. The canal is perfect for fishing for the guys and dolphin watching for the girls. The pool was great as well. The people in Marco Island are so nice and friendly. What a great time we had. Thank you Larry, Teresa, Mike and Peggy

My family stayed there in August and had a wonderful time. The house and pool are beautiful and were both very clean. The kids and husband fished everyday and we all saw dolphins, stingray and lots of beautiful birds. This home has everything you could need to be comfortable! We had one minor issue with maintenance and it was resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this home for a lovely vacation!
Owner response:With our wonderful house manager on the island, we try to make all of our guests happy! We can't guarantee that the dolphins will show up in the canal with every rental, but they are a marevlous treat when they do make an appearance.

We just got back from a great week on Marco Island. This house was great. Clean, nice pool, great views of the water from the dock, we did see a dolphin one day. Short walk to the beach and very close to many good restaurants. Nacho Mamas, Joey's, Su's Garden, Margarita's, just to name a few. The two dens with TV's made it nice, we could watch tv in one room while my nephew played video games in the other. The house is in a great spot and neighborhood, very secure. We will defintely try to rent this one again next year.

My husband and 2 of his friends are staying there this weekend for a wedding at the Marriott and was so pleased with the home. Pool area with BBQ is wonderful, everything totally exceeded their expectations. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed at this home in March 07 & 09. Impressed with updgrades owners continue to make over the years to keep property in A + condition. We have stayed on Marco for 11 years and have found not all howeowners do this. Great for our multi-generational family gathering. Love walking to beach instead of driving. Looking forward to our next trip.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. We came accross from Boca for the fireworks on the Fourth - just great!!! The new beach entrance is so easy we found ourselves going back and forth multiple times a day. We didn't see dolphins in the canal, like other guests have, but plenty of fish. We'll be back often..

Great house - rented in March 2008. New beach access near Marriott makes a world of difference - only 2 blocks away. Closest to beach but on canal - perfect for boaters and sunbathers like us. Well furnished.

We visited this home in March of 2006. We had a great time. The house was very nicely decorated and cozy at the same time. Our kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off of the dock behind the house. My husband and son caught several fish. We also brought our boat, so it was nice to keep at the boat dock in the backyard. We enjoyed south beach as well. We had a great time and are looking forward to coming back.
