This three bedroom condominium has a balcony directly facing the Gulf of Mexico for beautiful beachfront views and sunsets every evening. Step from the living room or the master bedroom directly onto the beachfront balcony overlooking the powdery white sands of Madeira Beach.
The condominium provides elevator access to your unit on the fourth living level with spectacular corner views up and down the beach. Two parking spaces are provided; one is covered and the other uncovered. Upgraded with ceramic floor tile, modern leather living room furniture, and contemporary dining area, all decorated in a beach décor, this is the perfect place for a relaxing Florida get-away.
The condominium sleeps six with two large beds in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. French doors lead from the master bedroom to the beachfront balcony. All furnishings including TV's, VCR, DVD player, bed and bath linens, and a modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, right down to the coffeepot and dishes are provided. Both baths have a tub and shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
On a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach, it will provide many hours of fabulous views and walks on the beach! There are many shopping and restaurant opportunities nearby and is directly across the street from the quaint Johns Pass Village offering shops, restaurants, and water sport rentals. It is just several miles south of Clearwater Beach and thirty minutes from Busch Gardens. One and a half hours from Disney World.
This elegant beach condominium is approximately 1360 square feet with a direct beachfront living room and corner balcony which faces the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom also faces the beachfront with a balcony on the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has pretty beach views from the window. Watch the boats traveling in and out from Johns Pass. Fishing, golfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, and boating, are close by.
John's Pass provides shopping and water sports excursions for sightseeing. Wonderful restaurants featuring local seafood, steaks, pasta, and everything from casual to upscale dining are located in the area. It is easy to find a quiet relaxing time or an adventure packed vacation here. It is just several miles south of Clearwater Beach, 30 minutes from Busch Gardens, as well as just an hour and a half from Disney World.
