Ski Out(when snow is on the road)from this dramatic lake/ski view townhouse. Located on a ridge between Heavenly Valley's Boulder and Stagecoach Ski Lodges. Living room,dining area,kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. Master suite upstairs. Access to year round spa and summer pool. A shuttle runs frequently to the pool/hot tub complex, ski slopes, and the casinos.
Recently refurbished with new carpet, tile, and paint. The condo is decorated in a comfortable and attractive mountain decor. The kitchen was totally renovated in early 2004 with new cabinets, tile floors and counters, and new appliances. Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows make the unit bright and cheery.
The full kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, and full-size range. All dishes, cooking utensils, and linens are provided as well as a washer and dryer.
Lake Tahoe is well known for skiing and as a winter destination, but there is also an abundance of activities during the summer, spring, and fall. Several world class golf courses are nearby and the area boasts enough hiking trails to keep the most avid hikers busy including challenging Mt. Tallac, Horsetail Falls, and the spectacular Desolation Wilderness as well as the nearly completed 150 mile Tahoe Rim Trail circling Lake Tahoe. From this property you can walk to The Tahoe Rim Trail and you are within 5 miles to the South Shore's 24 hour casino entertainment and beaches.

Fantastic views !!! Wonderful location ... owners were easy to rent from ... relaxing home ... nice amenities. When we go back we will rent from the owners again. We rate the stay a 10 in our book.
