While you are enjoying your vacation at our North Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental you will have access to a one bedroom, one bathroom (525 square foot) condominium with upgraded ceiling fans, window tinting, TV/DVD/CD player, bathroom vanity, kitchen cabinets, kitchen counters, dishwasher, and microwave. A sleeper sofa will sleep two additional people.
A washer and dryer, towels, and linens will make your stay at beach recess a little more enjoyable and please take advantage of the patio area for relaxing, barbecues, and casual conversations with people passing by on the boardwalk.

Great access to surrounding recreational opportunities (surfing, swimming, sailing, fishing, boogey boarding, running, bicycling, and boating. The temperatures are mild, beautiful in the summer, and plenty of blue sky in the winter. This property is our favorite because it is neat clean, and the views of the dolphins, surfers, and sunsets are sensational. With a washer/dryer, WiFi, and ocean views from the bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen, you literally have everything you need to relax.

We just returned to toasty Phoenix after a wonderful week at your condo complete with views, views and more views. The weather was great. The condo was just what we ordered. The beach was about 30 feet from our sliding door. We watched dolphins swimming up the coast. We fell asleep to the sound of waves rolling ashore. And we soaked up the cool oxean breezes morning, noon and night. We hate to sound like the Chamber of Commerce here, but this was a wonderful vacation experience for us and we hope to visit again in the future. Tom & Erin (Chandler, AZ)

This beach condo had everything that we needed. It felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable and cozy too...the bed was incredibly soft! The skylight in the bathroom made for a nice, relaxing shower while listening to the waves. Great views of the ocean and the boardwalk. We spotted dolphins playing on 2 different occassions in the morning, which was awesome. Kurt was very nice and friendly also. We recommend this place.

Our stay at the Madden's condo was perfect in every way. Kurt was attentive to our needs and the condo was spotless when we arrived. What impressed me was the comfort factor: the sofa is so soft and comfy that I slept on it one night so I could hear the full impact of the waves right outside the slider. The chair in the condo was chosen for supreme comfort also..a good book-reading chair. The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly want/need from kitchen items, recreational items, ironing board - it was like our own home. There could not be a more perfect location: 1/2 way down the boardwalk, dolphins playing out our window as we watched the surfers, joggers, skaters, bikers, and dog-walkers. Within walking distance of good restaurants, parks and the pier. We did all the touristy things and nothing was more than a 20 minute drive, most even closer. My husband and I highly recommend this vacation spot and will be returning!

Everything about this property was excellent. The booking process was easy, Kurt (the owner) was immediate in getting back to me when making the plans, and also called us during the stay to make sure things were going well. The photos are a terrific representation of what the property looks like. Very clean, bright, and well kept. We were pleasantly surprised to find that everything was there, down to the dryer sheets. As far as location, it really doesn't get better, either. It is a 10-15 minute walk (leisurely) to Belmont Park (the coaster, etc.) About a half hour stroll to Crystal Pier, and many restaurants, surf shops, and bike rental places right on the main drag a block behind. We also liked that the location is in the calm part of the boardwalk, but you can be in the busy part of the beach in a few minutes walk. Can't wait to go back to San Diego, and we'll absolutely be renting from Kurt and his family again.

This location is as good as it gets, right on the beach! Stayed here for a long weekend and it was terrific. The condo is well-maintained and has a nice little balcony overlooking the water -- but is also just a (short) walking distance to some nice restaurants and cafes. I didn't have a car for my entire visit and it worked out great -- very easy to just walk to places. Kurt stopped by during our visit to make sure everything was working out, which I appreciated as well. Highly recommended.

Back again in San Diego...what a wonderful way to spend the 10th anniversary of our 30th birthday!! We pampered ourselves by enjoying the beach and wave watching. Loved the late night beach fires. Got spoiled with the brunch at the Hotel Del. Had a blast riding bikes by the beach/bay. What a lovely condo in the most perfect area. We both would agree that we left our hearts in San Diego. Our favorite moments were watching our kids playing in the surf,people watching, and having our famly picture taken at the amusement park. Over the past eight years we have our weekend vacations either here or at the condo next door and have loved it every time. There's nothing like going to sleep and waking to the sound of ocean waves on the shore. We will be back next year, if not sooner. Thank you for a great tgime. We enjoyed every minute!

Dear Kurt and Kelly, Thank your for a wonderful vacation and the use of your house. Everying was great, a comfortable bed, a fabulous view, what more could we ask for?
