When you step through the French doors into your summer beach house, the two story entry provides an open feeling with plenty of sunlight and space. The newly finished hardwood floors and freshly painted walls enhance this home’s clean, crisp design.
The combined living and dining area provide an open and inviting layout. Your beach house retreat is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture for relaxed living. The living area has a couch, and four comfortable chairs where you can curl up with your favorite novel or simply relax while enjoying your favorite DVD. The dining room table seats eight comfortably.
The large kitchen, separated from the living area by a long counter, offers beautiful cherry cabinets and corian counter tops. Enjoy breakfast or snacks at the kitchen island.
The newly finished basement provides a family room with a couch and two love seats plus a 55 inch home theater system. It also has a small playroom for the kids.
The back-door opens to a fenced yard with a gas grill and patio setup for outdoor cooking and relaxing. The yard also has a wooden swing set and outside shower. The front door opens to a covered porch that spans the width of house where you can sit and enjoy your coffee and read the paper.

All bedrooms have new, very comfortable, top-of-the-line mattresses and box springs. All bedrooms are roomy and two of the second floor bedrooms access the upper balcony where the lounge chairs and the southern exposure make this a perfect spot for taking in the sun!
