This spacious home sits on a large corner lot nestled in the forest. It features two 2 - 30 x 20 living rooms and an open spacious loft.
The main living room offer's a full wall of windows, 3 sliding glass doors opening onto the wrap around deck, with a stone propane fireplace operated by thermostat. There is an open kitchen attahced.
The second living room contains a large suede sectional with an 8 ft slate pool table and dart board.
Children and adults will love the 20 by 12 ft loft with a sky light, sliding glass door, and deck. All three rooms have cable TV/DVD/VHS.
Renter must be at least 25 years of age with valid identification.
Perfect for 2- 3 families with lots of kids. The downstairs bedroom is direclty across from a full bath. The bedroom is right across from the 2nd living room/game room where everyone can retreat to at night while the upstairs remains quite to keep the little one's asleep.
The main level has a "Bunk House" with 2 sets of bunk beds in a large size room. There is also a queen bedroom across the way. The loft features 3 single beds with a sofa. So picturesque, the home has a wrap around deck with an outside stone fire pit. Use the propane gas grill for dining as you watch the deer frequent the property.
The lake is 3/10th's a mile away with the beach a short walk further (7/10th's) The boat launch area is 5/10ths from the home. The swimming/fishing of Locust Lake was rated "Best in the Country Trout Fishing" by Pennsylvania Game and Fish. This is only one of the five spectacular lakes within the community.
In the winter you can choose to ski down the Locust lake community ski/sledding slope or ice skate on Pilgrim Lake then warm up in our newly renovated chalet which offers various organized children's activities.
Our swimming/fishing at Locust Lake rates as one of the "Best in the County" and our swimming lakes have friendly life guards, children's activites, volley ball, tennis and more. Grill by the lake in serene nirvana. We hope you choose our family retreat!

It's our first time to rent the vacation house in Pocono and we really had a great time. The house is clean and comfy. We rent this lovely vacation for 5 days and all of my friends fall in love with this house. Thanks for the cleaning guy. He told us so many places that we should go and even draw the map for us. My doggy had a really good time in this vacation house. Wonderful vacation house!!!!
