my mother and i stayed here for almost a week at the beginning of august. it could not have been more perfect! from the easy communication, getting the keys swiftly and our host so friendly, we had an absolute blast staying here. felt much more connected to paris than a typical tourist hotel. super quiet area, safe and superb access to all transit in order to access the many tourist hot spots. i found the paris transit system amazing and made it so easy to get around everywhere! grocery store only a 5 min walk away and to stroll the marais district in the evening was so much fun! i will most certainly be back and staying here in the future! the choutier restaurant up in montmartre area was certainly my favorite spot for dinner and is an easy 20 minute walk from the apartment. thanks so much!!!!

We rented this apt in Aug for 3 nights - very close to subway lines for day trips to Louvre etc etc, safe location, spacious for 4 adults and impeccably clean and comfortable. Felt very Parisian! Local wine shops and bakeries around the corner; excellent french restaurant area within walking distance at Les Halles (MUST go to Le Loup Blanc and Les Grapillons. Reasonable price, great French food) VRBO Listing description accurate; payment easy and owner met us within minutes of our arrival. Paris books in coffee table are very helpful. Definately recommended, best price we found after a LOT of looking.

My second stay at this lovely apartment. The location is excellent but more than anything to come 'home' after outings is so lovely. The spacious appointment and comfort in every regard made the stay in Paris so very wonderful. Thankyou

The apartment was clean, well presented and convenient to shops and transport however the front main entrance to the building was a bit daunting at first impression and noise from the small Theatre opposite and also delivery van noise was a negative.Would stay again but don't forget your earplugs.
Owner response:Welcome in the center of Paris ;-) Fabrice

We enjoyed our stay in Paris emmensely! The apartment at 20 Rue Chapon was lovely, very spacious, clean and in the perfect location. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, enjoyed walking around at night and sitting at a local cafe. We did have a problem in that our nephew who was with us and had stayed there before thought we only needed an adapter to plug in our electric shaver. However, when we did this it blew a fuse. My husband tried flipping the circuit breakers back but the electricity in the bathroom would not come back on. I called to report this but got no help whatsoever. We went 2 days with no electricity in the bathroom. But we would definitely stay there again. I have recommended the apartment to several people because all in all it is great!
Owner response:Bonjour, I am Fabrice, and someone called me regarding this problem and I resolved the problem immediately by telephone. All my best, Fabrice

WE stayed here the weekend of the Paris marathon. This is a great appartment, very spacious and well kitted out to a high standard. We have rented a few appartments before and this was easily the best.

A wonderfully spacious, attractive and clean apartment in quiet yet handy location. For us, a family of four, it was just a 10 min walk to the metro with our wheelie luggage, which enabled easy access to both Charles De Gaulle and Orly airports. John-Paul kindly greeted us and showed us all the ins and outs of the apartment and thus set us off on the right step to a wonderful stay in Paris. We would certainly book again as can't imagine any better place to stay.

A super appartment. We were met immediatly on arrival and made to feel welcome. The appartment itself is comfortable and spacious, comparing most favourably with Paris hotel rooms. The location couldn't be better. It ia a safe area within walking distance of many central venues, surrounded by a wealth of shops and restaurants and a short stroll from the metro. When next we visit Paris we would be very pleased to stay here again.

We enjoyed our Paris stay tremendously - well kept, thoughtfully furnished with all the required facilities for a week's stay for a small family. Location is just perfect - all within walking distance or the nearby metro status art de metier. I will strongly recommend tha apartment for those with small famnily and plan on staying for about 1-2 weeks.

I stayed here for a week with my Mum, and we both loved this very well-appointed apartment. The location is ideal as it's near the metro and within walking distance of much of central Paris, as well as being on the edge of the lovely Marais district and a stone's throw from the Pompidou Centre. As this flat is in the heart of the wholesale district, there are some weekday deliveries from around 7am, but this only disturbed us once or twice and is really no big deal. We are returning for a week next year and will definitely use Rent Paris again. Although not cheap by the usual Paris rent levels, it is good value when compared to the cost of 2 hotel rooms for a week, and a lot more appealing!
