Location: Lighthouse II, unit 5 - 713 S. Ocean Blvd.We have a wonderful two bedroom two bath condominium in Surfside Beach at LIGHTHOUSE II. Our renter's always leave such wonderful compliments. Never a complaint. My goal is to keep the unit nice and wonderful for you!
Our condominium is located on the third floor with a large ocean front balcony. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! There are two reserved parking spaces.
All carpet and flooring is new! The kitchen was also remodeled, with brand new counter tops and appliances. The condo is stocked well with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The condo is constantly updated and cleaned. The condo is cleaned by the same person weekly so everything is clean and working!
The view from the balcony is wonderfully unobstructed! You can walk to the Surfside Pier. Later in the day, you can stroll down for afternoon music on the patio! Surfside Beach has a wide beach, clean and spacious. Easy access to Murrells Inlet, Broadway At The Beach, and new shopping malls! Nighttime entertainment within blocks!

Bedroom staples, such as new bedspreads, pillows, and extra blankets are provided. Sheets and towels are NOT provided. The kitchen also features brand new appliances with flat top stove.
There is direct access to the beach from a huge private deck. The condo also features a wet bar, complete with blender! We have cable TV and DVD players in each bedroom, as well as a DVD/VCR in the living room.
We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a 3 night minimum during the off season. We offer monthly rentals during the winter months (generally October through March). The monthly rentals have an $100. cap on electricity. Any usage over $100 will be deducted from your security deposit.Weekly rates DOES NOT INCLUDE departure maid service (additional charge for monthly rentals). A $200 deposit is required within 14 days of reservation. It will be refunded within 14 days of the end of your rental provided there are no damages to the unit. All money paid will be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival. Payments can be made by credit card (through Paypal, fee equal to 3.5% of your gross rental is required for this option), cashiers check, or money order. We ask that you do not send cash through the mail.

I am a beach lover. I bought this condo, and threw away everything in it. I retiled, recarpeted, bought new furniture and decor. I love the fresh clean feel here. Away from home, work, and problems... The balcony is the place I love to sleep in fall and spring. You can hear the ocean when you sleep. Coffee on the balcony. It is just perfect!

We loved the condo, the view, and the Surfside Beach area. The Condo was very clean and confortable. We enjoyed dining at several of the seafood restaraunts in the area and walking on the beach. The only thing that would have made our stay more enjoyable would have been an elevator to get to and from our top floor condo.
Owner response:Hey! I am glad you liked the condo and Surfside Beach. The view from the large balcony is worth the walk. In the off season it is 10 degree's warmer on balcony. With the center wall you are protected from wind. This means you can tan in October or April. And if the stairs are too much, check out my first floor property VRBO 87982!

it was a great place to stay. it was very nice, clean, well maintained and right on the beach in a very nice area. Have no reason not to stay there again on our next trip to myrtle beach/surfside SC. Condo appeared to be on the best beach compared to the surrounding areas!

Just wanted to let you know that we had such a wonderful time at your condo! It was beautifully appointed and very clean, and we immediately felt like we were "home" as soon as we stepped in the door! The view from the balcony is unbeatable. We were there during a pretty slow time of the year, and the beaches were uncrowded and just gorgeous. Made for wonderful walks in the morning! We got to experience some wonderful local restaurants while we were there, both in Surfside and Murrell's Inlet. Charleston Cafe was our favorite! Still thinking about the sound of the waves breaking on shore and watching the unbelievable night skies on the balcony while sipping a cocktail. Can't wait to come back!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Just beautiful.

My wife and I stayed a week at this condo and wished we could have stayed another. Everything is just superb; nice and clean; very comfortable. There was nothing we needed, except more time to stay. We will be back, for sure.

We were there in Aug 2010. We had a great time. We really enjoyed having a full size laundry room. There is actually more privacy between the bedrooms than it looks like. We loved the balcony. We had plenty of hot water and the air conditioning worked great (some places have a limit on the ac). There was also plenty of storage places. We had a wonderful vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the condo. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and was more than we even dreamed! Six of us had plenty of room to relax and unwind after spending our hot days on the beach. And with a little one, it was wonderful to be able to go back and forth from the condo to the beach. Also, we loved the short walk down to the pier and breakfast at Nibils! We can't wait to come back next summer! Thanks!

Another winter season in your charming condo. The view every single morning from the bedroom or balcony put us close to nature and the changing dynamics of the sea. The condo itself is really special with an amazingly well-appointed kitchen. Where do you find a nutcracker and two garlic presses in a beach rental property?Definitely a kitchen for a real cook.The rest of the apartment in Charleston style has a palm tree/ pineapple motif throughout. Whimsical touches (for example the monkey lamp in the foyer) kept us smiling. Younger guests could busy themselves numbering the palm trees. Don't forget the bathroom wall paper. The minute we walked into the condo we were in awe!!! The furnishings are so comfortable and made us feel like we were at the Caribbean! So clean and decorated so beautifully! The balcony is so spacious and the views to die for!!! Our only regret is that we won't be able to come back this year due to layoffs. :( Hope to be back next year!!!

We were very pleased to find the condo beautifully decorated, stocked with every appliance needed and very clean. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We had several great days of beach and golf weather. There were really terrific restaurants in the area. Sara J's, Bubba's Fish Shack and of course Dead Dawg's, all were terrific and close by! It was a great place to stay and we will plan to do it again. Thanks Melinda for such a great condo! The Dudleys....
