Location: Lighthouse II, unit 5 - 713 S. Ocean Blvd.We have a wonderful two bedroom two bath condominium in Surfside Beach at LIGHTHOUSE II. Our renter's always leave such wonderful compliments. Never a complaint. My goal is to keep the unit nice and wonderful for you! Alway updating! New Tile, Smart TV and New Patio Furniture!
Our condominium is located on the third floor with a large ocean front balcony. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! There are two reserved parking spaces.
The condo is stocked well with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The condo is constantly updated and cleaned. The condo is cleaned by the same person weekly so everything is clean and working!
The view from the balcony is wonderfully unobstructed! You can walk to the Surfside Pier. Later in the day, you can stroll down for afternoon music on the patio! Surfside Beach has a wide beach, clean and spacious. Easy access to Murrells Inlet, Broadway At The Beach, and new shopping malls! Nighttime entertainment within blocks!

Bedroom staples, such as new bedspreads, pillows, and extra blankets are provided. Sheets and towels are NOT provided. The kitchen also features brand new appliances with flat top stove.
There is direct access to the beach from a huge private deck. The condo also features a wet bar, complete with blender! We have cable TV and DVD players in each bedroom, as well as a DVD/VCR in the living room.
We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a 3 night minimum during the off season. We offer monthly rentals during the winter months (generally October through March). The monthly rentals have an $100. cap on electricity. Any usage over $100 will be deducted from your security deposit.Weekly rates DOES NOT INCLUDE departure maid service (additional charge for monthly rentals). A $200 deposit is required within 14 days of reservation. It will be refunded within 14 days of the end of your rental provided there are no damages to the unit. All money paid will be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival. Payments can be made by credit card (through Paypal, fee equal to 3.5% of your gross rental is required for this option), cashiers check, or money order. We ask that you do not send cash through the mail.

About the owner: I am a beach lover. I bought this condo, and threw away everything in it. I retiled, recarpeted, bought new furniture and decor. I love the fresh clean feel here. Away from home, work, and problems... The balcony is the place I love to sleep in fall and spring. You can hear the ocean when you sleep. Coffee on the balcony. It is just perfect!
