We recently spent three nights here and enjoyed the place thoroughly. It's in a great location, right on Main Street, within walking distance to numerous options for eating and shopping. We watched the sun set over the mountains from the balcony. For our next visit to Breck we'll probably splurge on a more upscale rental, but this condo is a great deal and highly recommended - I'm sure we'll stay there again.

Simple little place that accommodated even our large group (8) fairly comfortably. It's just right for us. It isn't the spacious, fancy amenities place that you can find at some places in Breck. The price was awesome and having bars, shops, grocery, and lifts within a 5 minute walk... can't beat that location. You don't need a car once you get there. Owners are nice and acommodating. Check-in/check-out was very simple.

We really enjoyed this condo on our most recent stay in Breckenridge. It was incredibly affordable, was in a great location and had all of the things we needed to have a great time in Breck. The only drawbacks to the condo were: some kitchen utensils were lacking and it took a long time to heat up. Otherwise it was perfect for us.

The condo was neat, had a wonderful view and you are right down town. You can walk most anywhere which was great. The sofa sleeper is the most comfortable one we have ever slept on - very nice! Loved that we could bring our furry friends with us, the two hots tubs were great for a soak and the price was great! Randy was nice and easy to work with. I would reccomend checking to see if there are basics, such as coffee, filters, tea, sugar and such, as there was none there. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo, it was a great get away!

We were thrilled when we pulled up to the Tannhauser condos in Breckenridge: it's RIGHT on Main Street and we only drove our car once the whole weekend when we drove up to check out the lifts and gondolas and to find a hike. SO many restaurants and shops to choose from, we definitely want to go back. My only complaint was even though the rental is dog-friendly, and we expect a certain amount of pet wear, the amount of dog hair was CRAZY!! I think maybe the vacuum wasn't working very well or maybe the cleaning service had forgotten to vacuum or dust before we got there, but we have twin crawlers and were picking so much dog hair out of their mouths (and ours!) the whole time. We didn't end up bringing our dog, so next time we'll rent a non-pet-friendly unit. Other than that, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable and we couldn't have asked for anything more for our little family. Breckenridge was a blast and we'll definitely be back!!

Owner response:We are sorry you found dog hair on the carpeting. It does surprise us, because when we cleaned we were on the floor and did not find any dog hair on our clothing. Also, in 28 years we have never had this complaint. We will check that the vacume cleaner is functioning properly, and have scheduled a thorough carpet cleaning. We will stay here again! The views of the mountains from the condo living room were spectacular. And the location was perfect....right in the middle of town, 1 block from the little grocery store, 3 blocks from the dog park, etc. And for a pet-friendly condo it was extremely clean and well-kept. Nothing seemed run-down because they allowed dogs. And you can't beat the off season price, which is what we did. We will be back. Thank you.

We have stayed at this property more than once for a few reasons. The property is in an ideal location, right on Main Street. The space is great for two couples to stay for the weekend and is very cost-effective. Finally, the owners clearly bend over backwards to make it a good experience.

We have been to Breckenridge numerous times so we have stayed at a several different places and were very happy with the Kurver's condo. We wanted to bring our lab but many of places we had stayed did not allow dogs. The condo was clean, well maintained and equipped. The rooms are large and open which is great if you have large group. The heating as well as the fireplace kept us warm on one night of 20 degree temp. The condo is close to the slopes and to town. Parking was convenient however we didn't move our car the whole week because we were able to walk every where. There is a grocery just behind the condo in addition to many restaurants, shops and bars close by. Although the condo is in town it was very quiet since it sits back off the main street. There is a wonderful view of the mountains from the front porch. Our family including, Lola the lab, had a wonderful time and could not of asked for more.

The Kulvers' condo is in just about as perfect a location as you could possibly hope for. Virtually next door to great nightlife like Cecilia's and Eric's (don't worry, it's still quiet), right in the middle of Main Street action, and just across the street from the Quicksilver lift. We were very pleased with it.

We went to Breckenridge from Jan. 10-13th 2011 and had 6 people. Everyone slept comfortably. The condos location is perfect. We did not drive anywhere. We walked to the lifts and downtown. We were able to cook our meals because they have everything you need to do that. Also in the basement they had some sleds we could borrow when we went sledding. The owners are wonderful and brought 2 space heaters after we called and told them that it was cold. Thank you so much!!! We will be back again!!!

Beautiful Breckenridge

We had a great vacation and the condo was exactly what we were looking for. It actually was quiet for being located on the Main Street. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all the pots,pans and crock pots we wanted. Groceries and plenty of resturants close by. A quick walk to the lift sure beat parking and taking a shuttle bus. Wish there were more towels for the number of people we had, we went and bought a few to use with the hot tub. That was our only issue, other guest did not follow the rules and the tubs were usually cold because the covers were left off. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to the Breckenridge area.

This is the first condo I've ever rented for which I saved all of the information so I can rent it over and over again. It is an incredible bargain considering it is literally right on main street. The condo is well maintained and has all of the necessities for cooking. Two outdoor hot tubs are clean and readily available. The parking lot is right outside the door. We had two couples and two dogs, which worked out fine considering the bathroom has a sink in the same room as the toilet and there is another sink outside the bathroom. The owners went beyond the call of duty to suggest places where we could walk our dogs and to be as helpful as possible. They were kind enough to ensure the return of a personal item I accidentally left at the condo. You won't do better in Breckenridge for this price.

We were very satisfied w the Tannhauser Condo. The location right on Main St is superb - so close to shopping, restaurants. Easy walk to the Carter Dog Park where the pooches have the best view of any dog park I've ever been to! The view from the condo is exactly as pictured above!! Amazing. Loved the fire place on the few cold damp evenings. Loved the sun on the porch! Plenty of room. Used the laundry. No parking problems. Thank you for considering our pets and allowing them in your condo! This is a very reasonable price for this condo. We plan to book again for next summer.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo right on Main Street in downtown Breckenridge! Everything was just as stated and we were so grateful to be able to bring our pug, Leiya, along on our getaway! Breck is extremely dog friendly and Leiya was able to go into many of the stores with us and everyone wanted to pet her! The location of the condo could not have been more perfect! My mom and I were able to walk right out to the shopping, coffee shops, Sunday morning market, etc. while my dad and husband enjoyed the college football games on the very nice TV! We did not use the hot tubs this time, but we did check them out and they were very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the condo was extremely clean! Thank you Ellen and Randy! We had a wonderful time and we will be back!

Breckenridge Tannhauser Condo

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. The Tannhauser condo is a perfect location. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants or you can catch the free shuttle right on main street in the same block as the condo. The view right out of the condo was fantastic. The condo was neat and clean with plenty of towels and everything you might need in the kitchen. We had our little Scottish Terrier with us and she loved sitting on the front porch whatching all the people and other dogs walking up and down main street. Breckenridge is a very pet friendly town. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Every summer, we spend at least one weekend in Breckenridge to get away from the heat. This year, we planned a weekend with some friends and wanted to find a condo that was pet friendly for our dogs. After speaking with Ellen Kurver by phone and seeing the photos online, we thought this was a great location, but once we were actually there and saw the location right on Main St, we were thrilled. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a great feel. With everything you need in the kitchen, it was easy to save a little money by eating in. We will definitely rent from the Kurvers' again if we have the opportunity.

We have stayed in many places in Breckenridge and this one certainly fit our needs. The location, just off Main St was the best ever. It was so nice to walk to coffee, brkfst, shopping etc. The rental was clean, and well kept. We were a little afraid of the traffic noise but was a it non-issue. If we could change one thing, it might be a little nicer TV in the master bedroom and a TV in the second (kids)bedroom. Our dog loved it and having her there made our trip better. A nice, convenient, well-kept rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. Your location is close to everything we wanted and needed in Breckenridge. We could park our car and not move it until check out. We enjoyed walking up and down Main & Ridge Streets, then warming up by the the fireplace in the living room. We also enjoyed watching the activity on Main Street from the hot tub. The bed (we only used one bedroom) was very comfortable. Thank you.

Located right on Main Street, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants (even for my husband with bad knees), this condo was just ideal for our recent trip. The beds are SO comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, and having internet access was a lifesaver. Also, I must mention that the owners are very pleasant and helpful...and the place was spotless. What a nice place, we certainly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Breckenridge.

I brought my two teenage sons to Breckenridge so they could enjoy snowboarding in the mountains. We rented this condo just from the description and pictures on VRBO. We just loved it. It was a perfect amount of space for us, is fully equipped with all amenities. The closets had extra pillows and blankets, fans, and extra towels. Very nice place. I would stay again and I would recommend to friends!

I stayed here for 2 nights last week and I absolutely loved the condo! It was so cozy and the view was amazing! Having the hot tubs outside was a really nice touch. When I go back to Breck I plan on staying here whenever I can!

We have recently provided a queen size airbed, and the pump needed to inflate it. It can be placed on the floor in the living room. Hopefully, this will improve the comfort for those using the sofa sleeper.
