Come have fun and relax at our newly renovated, spacious villa on family-friendly Hilton Head Island. The villa is close to everything- within two blocks of the beach and a few minutes’ walk or bike ride to the shops and eateries at Coligny Plaza. While you are staying at Courtside, you will have free court time daily at the world-famous Van der Meer Tennis University complex, which is only a few steps away. You’ll also have access to their member clinics or lessons.
The villa is also near a number of Hilton Head’s fabulous golf courses- private and public- and a variety of excellent restaurants (there are more than 200 on the island!). And if that isn’t enough, there are also great spots nearby for fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and kayaking. Newly added amenities include High Speed Internet (available for nominal fee).
With the vast array of activities you will be enjoying, you will be glad to come home to the peace and quiet of the villa, where you will feel immediately at ease and can enjoy your downtime in the attractive and stylishly decorated interior or outside, beside the private courtyard, pool and lagoon. (our family got hooked on Courtside HHI years ago!)
The villa was tastefully re-furbished recently with:
New furniture throughout (sofa, loveseat, armchair, dining room set, armoires, etc.) All new appliances (stove, microwave, washer & dryer, dishwasher) New counter tops (even the kitchen sink!)
New kitchen utensils, cutlery, and dishes. New bathroom sinks & vanities. All new bedroom furniture & mattresses. Freshly painted throughout, New windows, and blinds. New televisions.
The roomy villa has two-stories, with each of the two bedrooms having a private bath. The main floor includes the kitchen, dining and living areas, a half bath and a walk-out balcony with direct access to the pool, patio and lagoon.
Upstairs there are two spacious, tranquil bedrooms each with a full bath and large closet. The master bedroom overlooks the pool area and the faint sound of the fountain outside will make sure you get a great night’s sleep!
Hilton Head Island offers a wonderful tropical climate with among the best beaches on the Atlantic, and is less than an hour’s drive from the charming cities of Savannah, GA and Charleston, South Carolina. It is easily accessible by car or by air via the Hilton Head Island airport (HHH) or the Savannah/ Hilton Head airport (SAV).
