You'll find two private balconies, gorgeous sunset views of the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain, and wonderful onsite amenities that include a walking path that leads to the sand.

This condo sits on the second floor of Nedonna Views, a contemporary oceanfront building that offers floor-to-ceiling views of the beach. Here on the tranquil north end of Rockaway Beach, you'll be just across Highway 101 from morning kayak sessions on Crescent Lake, one mile north of downtown's charming eateries and sweet shops, and mere steps from the path that leads to the sand. Guests in search of a fun-filled day trip will also find the legendary Tillamook Creamery only 14 miles south.

THINGS TO KNOW
The balcony door is out of order and awaiting parts. It is estimated to be repaired toward the end of November.
This second-floor condo is accessible via two sets of stairs. There is no elevator available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
