As you enter our private drive, your first glimpse will be that of our regulation tennis court. Continuing down the drive, about one-tenth mile, you’ll see our home, nestled on one side by several large evergreens. A footpath along one side of the house will lead you to an expansive view of Puget Sound.
On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, powder room, eating area, dining room, two-story living room and spacious family room; perfect for your family gatherings and entertaining. Four sets of French doors provide you with panoramic views and easy access to the outdoors from the dining room, living room and family room.
The outdoor patio is framed with perennial flower beds, roses and several individual pots, providing natural beauty throughout the spring and summer months. Included in the items furnished for your convenience are outdoor tables and chairs.
The waterside also features a barbeque patio for grilling your fresh catch of the day just steps away from the kitchen. The dining room, eating area, living room, and family room all open onto a large flower-filled patio with a variety of tables and chairs.
We are in close proximity [by boat] to Alderbrook resort, so if Golfing or fine dining is part of your vacation experience, you’ll have the best of both worlds – our privacy and seclusion, and their Golf course and dining/lounge.
This smoke-free home has virtually every amenity you could ask for. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Two large televisions, VCR, DVD and sound system combine to offer many entertainment choices.
Cable is available as well as both central heat and air conditioning. A separate wet bar and wine cooler provide an elegant setting for impressing your guests or family. Our grounds are very spacious and well kept, so there is plenty of room for that romantic stroll, Croquet, or a game of touch football.
Our second floor has two bedrooms – the first room is furnished with a double bed, the second with a queen-size hide-a-bed and its own decorative fireplace. There is a large bathroom just steps away from each, which both rooms share.
Our third floor is expansive with one bedroom furnished with twin beds, the second bedroom with a king-size bed and a large open space between the two which also has a king size bed. There is another bathroom on this floor, easily accessible to all guests.
