Sale! Ski in Ski Out, Peak 8, Wifi, Fireplace, King Bed, Nice!
Year Purchased: 1983
Why the Owner Chose Grandview
This was the first condo we purchased. We liked it's ski in location. Later, a lift was added nearby, and it became ski in and ski out. We also liked it's proximity to the Peak 8 Base Area. The building is in a quiet location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The ability to ski in and ski out is fantastic, no parking hassles. You can ski back to the condo for a quick lunch. A short walk down the street is the Nordic Center, where you can cross country ski or snow shoe on miles of trails. Peaks Trailhead is a mile away. The shuttle system is easily accessible.
This chair gives you ski in access to the mountain via 4 O'Clock ski run.
This shopping center features City Market, a full service grocery store, Windy City Pizza, a shipping and office store, a liquor store, and others.
There is always a line at the crepe cart, so many people love to stop here while shopping.
The location of concerts and the hub of many cultural events, such as the International Ice Sculptures.
Owner's Map of Grandview
We met in 1977 in Aspen. It was alway our dream to have a place in the mountains to go skiing. Turns out, it's the Breckenridge summers we really love. We are in our 60's now (can you believe I admitted that?), and we no longer downhill, but cross country ski and snowshoe when we can get away from our condo business; taking along our beloved Golden Retriever "Buddy". Ellen is a retired teacher, and Randy is a retired masonry contractor. We own two Breckenridge condos, and they keep us busy. We manage our own properties, and you will only deal with us.

This condo was perfect for my small family. It was close to Main Street, but still in a peaceful, secluded location on the mountain. It's very homey and comfortable and the owners are nice and easy to work with. It's very close to hiking trails (for summer). Overall, a great value and a memorable experience!

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo. It was very comfortable! Just a short ski to the lifts! The couch fold out mattress is amazing. A great bargain in cost for a great place.

A very well managed condo. Everything was clean and tidy, and the condo had everything we needed, including sharp knives and wine glasses (always missing in others!). Photo's are exactly like the place we entered, and the owners are always on stand-by to help in any way. The ski-in, ski-out to snowflake chairlift made it easy to get to the slopes - easier than catching the bus really!

Comfortable, simple tastefull and spacious decor for easy use and convenience; for a one bedroom it provided exactly what we needed. Very clean and orderly. Owners are clear & succinct in all communications as well as organized. Great place to relax and easy to access any outdoor activities. We love to walk so walking into town is pleasant and many routes, if weather or time is a factor the 24 hour bus route that travels throughout town & Summit County is quite nice.

Fabulous Breckenridge Condo

Myself and some friends decided to get out of Denver for the holiday weekend and stayed in this condo. The accommodations were fabulous! It had everything we needed, and was quite comfortable. It was quiet and somewhat secluded, which was nice. It had everything we needed, and we were able to cook some meals in the condo which was nice as well. Close to hiking trails which was nice during the summer months. Only small downfall was the little bit of a walk to the downtown area. However, cabs were pretty readily available or we walked, it took about 20 minutes. Overall, great time and I've already recommended it to some other friends!

We had a great time at this condo. You can walk to the end of the parking lot and have direct access to a ski trail where you ski down to the Snowflake lift for a short ride to the Peak 8 base area. It was spacious enough for 4 of us. Two of us slept on the pull out sofa, which was by far the most comfortable pullout sofa I have ever slept on!

My husband and I stayed for a week during the winter. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and provided details and instructions sufficient to easily find the place. The condo was very clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace that put out almost too much heat and the internet service was fantastic. The ski-in/ski-out portion was a little bit of a hike down the road, but the condo being on the first level helped with minimizing the stair climb. Overall, we had a very pleasent stay and relaxing vacation.

This condo was very convenient to Four O' Clock Run and it had all the amenities that we could have asked for! We loved cooking meals in the kitchen and relaxing on the comfy couch after each day of snowboarding! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and was just as good as (if not better than) the pictures. I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to a friend or relative. The only things that I wish they would have had (that I've seen in other condos) are DVDs and games. Randy & Ellen were quick to reply to any questions that I had and sent detailed instructions for our stay. Thanks!!!

The condo was perfect for our short trip to Breckenridge. The home was very convenient to the slopes. We just walked out the front door and we were able to start skiing without all the hassle of trying to park and walk to the lifts. Also very easy to get into downtown. Beds were comfortable and heat worked VERY well.

The condo is a great place! Spent 3 nights sitting in front of the wonderful fireplace warming up after snowboarding in the excellent conditions. The beds were very comfortable and the washer/dryer combo made it great also! Will stay at the condo again when visiting the area for a summer trip. Great communication from the owners before/during/after the visit. Great value!
