This comfortable, well appointed 750 square foot condominium sits on the bank of the Chetco River across from the recreational & commercial port. The spacious one bedroom, one and a half bath offers a king size bed in the bedroom and a full size futon in the living room. Beautiful views of the Port, River and Pacific Ocean are from the southeast facing windows and large open deck. Convenient access to both the north jetty beach and Brookings downtown are a short walk.
Numerous state beaches are within several miles. Fishing is available - ocean charter from the Brookings harbor, river on the Chetco River or 30 miles north on the Rogue River. Brookings has shopping available from small quaint shops to major food and variety.
The smoke-free condominium is on the edge of Brookings yet private and quiet. The complex has 21 units arranged in a manner that neighbors are virtually nonexistent. A small(20 lbs and under) dog is welcome.
