Our new home is rare for the Massanutten Resort. Not only do we have a flat entrance with few stairs and tons of parking, we also have a large flat backyard, complete with a mountain stream. The St Nick is located in the kettle, near the top, right around the corner from tubing and the slopes. When we are not using our home for our own familty gatherings, we cater to families (preferred) and adult-led groups who will respect our home, the privacy of our neighbors, our house rules and the rules of the Massanutten Property Owners Association. While we are in the Massanutten Resort we are not connected to the Resort and get no special breaks on their amenities. Anything open to the public is available to you. The Property Owner's Pool is available Monday - Friday and it's only minutes from our home.
With 2 great rooms, 2 massive decks, 7 bedrooms, HIGH SPEED wirless internet access, a game room, bar room, a large easily accessible garage, your entire family will have all the space they need to stretch out and relax. There are two master suites, one on each floor, and 5 bedrooms with either custom made-extra wide twin over twin bunks or twin over full bunks. In the gameroom you will find an air hockey table, games, puzzles, and comfy couches.

A refundable $395 Damage/Reservation Deposit is Required prior to rental.
50% of Rental Rate is Req'd 60 Days Before Arrival, remainder 14 days prior.
10% active duty military and repeat renter discounts. Personal checks only.
