Twenty-five-hundred square foot unit(Seabright Surf) sleeps 10-12, three bedroom, three-and-one-half bath. Fun for your family and extended members or another family next door in the 1500-square-foot unit,(Seabright Sand)sleeps 4-6, two bedroom, two-and-one-half bath. All furnishings are brand new.
The 2500-square-foot unit(Seabright Surf) has a large kitchen/great room and living area both with fireplaces. The master(king bed)a loft area,3 steps up (full bed futon). The master bath is large with a Jacuzzi tub and spacious shower. Walk-in closet.Palmtree bedroom (full bed) and full bath. Kids Surfs up room (4 twin beds) Downstairs familyroom has a sofa bed (full) Two-car garage. Sleeps 10-12.
The smaller unit has a cozy fireplace inviting you in. Sleeps 4-6. King bed in master and full bath. Full bed and full bath. These are upstairs and a foldout couch downstairs One-car garage.

Summer Rates Memorial Day through Labor Day/ Surf $3,050 and Sand $1,995 per week
2800-square-foot "Surf" plus 10% hotel tax and $225 cleaning fee.
1500-square-foot"Sand" plus 10% hotel tax and $125 cleaning fee
and
$500 refundable security deposit per unit - refunded on cleaning
security deposit taken up front and holds your date
1/2 the total cost is due 60day prior and the balance 30 days prior to stay

Great house in an outstanding location. Stayed for three days over Veterans day - three families with eight kids total. House is very nicely laid out, outstanding and large master bedroom and bath. Location is optimal - can walk to the beach , boardwalk, harbor, lighthouse, restaurants, (dive) bars, and a bike ride away to most of Santa Cruz.

My girlfriends and I spent our annual weekend get-together in this beautiful, comfortable home. The layout of the house is fantastic for a large group - it was easy to gather and work together in the kitchen which had all the cooking equipment we needed; the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable with cozy beds, the bathrooms were pristine - all this within walking distance of Seabright Beach and the yacht harbor. Also, the entire place was tastefully decorated, giving it a warm, happy feeling. It seems like the owners take very good care of it. I'd love to stay here again, possibly for a family reunion, and rent both this home and the smaller one that is connected to it.

I recently stayed at the Seabright Surf rental house. What a fantastic property! Practically brand new, state of the art appliances, walking distance to everything - beach is a block away, fabulous restaurants, food stores and the Yacht Harbor. I can't imagine what more you could ask for in a beach rental property. I will definitely be coming back here again and again!

We were a group of 6 bowlers traveling for a tournament we found this house and it was perfect for us. We were able to sit at a big table and play cards. The beds were comfortable and closets were HUGE !! We would love to find a house like this to stay at every year we travel for our bowling tournaments with this large of a group. This was so perfect. My wife was able to make us breakfast one morning. The pictures you see of this house is exactly what you will get. It was great having as many bathrooms as this house has. We loved sitting out on the porch off the master bedroom. Loved the fireplaces. We did recommend to the owners that they need to put a tv in the Master bedroom also. There is one in the loft but if you want to lay in bed and watch tv we couldn't.They even had laundry soap, hand soaps at every sink, and bars of soaps, and shampoo, conditioners under the sinks. (But of course we didn't use them since we wasn't sure if we were supose to) We walked to the beach. The Seabright Brewery was a great place to eat also.My wife loved coming home and not having to do a weeks worth of laundry since we were able to do it right there. We would recommend this house to anyone and we would stay again if we would return to the Santa Cruz area.Only down fall we had was that our surburban would not fit in the garage and it was broken into and bowling balls, sunglasses, Casino cards, and our GPS were stolen. The cards were found the next block over and a great neighbor called the casino and they contacted us for us to call him and he brought those to the home for us. We felt that was very nice of him he be above and beyond to do that for us. But all around this is a GREAT place to stay and I would definately recommend this house to anyone especially if you have children. The only thing we didn't like was the lawn maintenance man was leaf blowing at 8:30 am on Friday morning and woke us all up and that we only had two wash cloths and 3 bath towels in the master and other bathrooms. We are thinking the cleaning people might of forgot to stock them up. Thanks so much for such a nice place !!

Seven bathrooms is such a wonderful thing (five full)!! Plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time with ages 4 yrs to 70 yrs; we were close to the beach but still had a quiet street for kids on bikes and playing. The place was organized, well maintained and clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. Plenty of choices of restaurants on the wharf, the boardwalk was within walking distance and the beach was close. The owners were always available and helpful, wanting us to have a good visit.
