Enjoy this spacious, very clean, and charming, 2000-square-foot home on Clear Lake. Clear Lake is a 240-acre, all-sport, family-oriented lake. Our 60 feet of frontage has a sandy bottom that is great for swimming, relaxing on a raft, or building sand castles. The lake is good for boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, ice fishing, and much more.
The home has three private bedrooms (queen, twin beds, and bunk beds), in addition to a pull-out couch in the living room. There is a private beach area and yard for many activities all year round. Two new full bathrooms, hardwood flooring, and ceramic tile throughout the downstairs area. A private dock is conveniently located on the property, which is perfect for tying up your boat or sitting on a chair and fishing. Three Rivers has many restaurants and antique shops, along with some of the best small mouth bass fishing around in the Rivers!
Great location - two-and-one-half hours from Chicago or Detroit, one hour from South Bend.
