A true vacation house overlooking the sea. Hosts 8-12 people, in separate units. 5 mins from crystal clear blue waters. Verandas with vistas everywhere. Cool kitchen, several bathrooms. 15 mins drive to picturesque Ermoupoli. Lower prices off season.

The house has breathtaking vistas. It is decorated with taste. It is ideal for artists who want a peaceful place to get inspired. Ideal also for friends or families as there are different, separate units.

Just 5 mins walk to crystal clear water. Choice of both secluded beaches where you can swim alone, and more popular beach with people, bars and amenities (10 mins walk, or 3 mins drive).

Bus stop 100m from the house, regular bus every half an hour June to September.

I am a University professor from Athens and my wife a researcher from south California.

Fantastic Villa, Perfect for a Group.

We had a fantastic stay. 4 couples, 2 children and a baby. The owners were so helpful, and provided a cot and high chair. The positioning and views are incredible, and the house itself (comprised of two buildings) is perfect. Really had a wonderful stay. Might be worth saying it is worth having a car to be able to pick up food and drive to different beaches, although the local beach is walkable and has a lovely restaurant.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa in Top-Lage mit traumhaftem Blick

sehr geräumige, liebevoll eingerichtete Villa, mehrere Terrassen mit traumhaftem freiem Blick rundum auf das Meer, genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auch bei einem Aufenthalt mit 8 Personen. Nur 5 Geminuten entfernt ist eine schöne kleine Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser, ein größerer Strand mit Liegen und Volleballfeld auch fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Une villa dans un cadre magnifique...à rénover

Comme sur les photos, la vue est magnifique, la maison offre beaucoup d'espace, de terrasses et permet d’accueillir un grand groupe (nous étions 9) sans promiscuité. MAIS nous avons eu quelques désagréments : - lave vaisselle en panne (avec de la vaisselle sale à l'intérieur)... Heureusement , après coup de téléphone puis intervention de Giorgos il a été réparé le lendemain. - les placards de la cuisine ne sont pas propres et la vaisselle était grasse. -la pression d'eau n'est pas suffisante pour permettre deux douches en même temps. - certains lits ne sont pas confortables -dans la chambre sous la villa N°2, le linge avait une odeur de vomis.. C'est dommage car quelques travaux de rafraîchissement permettraient de rendre le séjour dans cette villa très très plaisant !

Fantastischer Blick. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr geräumiges, wunderschönes Haus in guter Lage.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für zwei Familien oder ein Gruppe von Freunden. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vater des Vermieters vor Ort war sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die Lage, der unverbaute Blick auf die Ägäis und die kleine Badebucht in der Nähe haben uns ein wundervolle Ferienwoche beschert. Ich kann das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
