Manhattan Beach is a very unique beach town that combines the best of "Uptown Chic" with "Small Town Values"...and is just minutes from LAX! You couldn't be more centrally located to the 405 freeway, the Pacific Coast Highway, and all of the major attractions that Los Angeles has to offer! Having grown up in a suburb of LA, as wonderful as it was...you had to have a car to exist. When I moved to the beach, I wanted a location that not only provided excellent views of the ocean...but would be within steps to the beach and town. Being on this highly sought after south side walk- street location, it combines the best of all worlds. There is no need for a car to fully enjoy this beach or the town with over 40 restaurants and shops...all within walking distance.

You will find this home loaded with every "goodie" imaginable. Being a gadget geek myself...there is everything imaginable in the kitchen, not to mention Stereo surround throughout the house with a loaded IPOD, CD and DVD library, Premium Cable,WII with Fit & games, and TV's with DVD or VCR's in every room! Not only is there wifi, secure fios connection, printer, copier...but I also provide a laptop as well! For the low tech - you will find numerous board games, books, and current subscriptions to over 10 magazines! If I don't have it...just let me know, and chances are I'll get it for you!

Hello, and Welcome! My name is Terry, and I am a 4th Generation Californian. After a Complete Remodel 5 years ago, and a decision to leave the hectic world of Advertising behind...I decided to take a leap and rent my property for "vacation" purposes. This is a full time job for me, and one that I take great pride in being the best I can be. I love making my guests feel at home, and strive to make sure that they are as happy as they can possibly be.
