  Excellent apartment. Everything was in good condition. All Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and comfortable. The condo is really quite which is important as we get up early in the morning to go to all Disney parks. What is more, we receive a personal attention from Myrtle. She was there every time we needed. We really thank you Myrtle for your kindness and flexibility. Definitely we will go again to this condo.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  I stayed in the one bedroom condo with my husband and kids . We loved the place. Very comfortable, clean, cozy! Everything is as nice as it looks and we loved that we could easily go to the Disney parks but also be near everything else in the orlando area. The only thing not so convinient, if you have little kids tired after a long day at the parks, is go upstairs (2 floors!). The futons are not to much confortable, but perfect for kids. We'll be back, for sure!

  We made good time on our way there and decided we could get there one night earlier. The owners graciously let us check-in early and e-mailed us instructions immediately. We went to 6 parks in 6 days and had a ton of fun. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to any park (usually less). Last time we did Disney we stood in line for buses for hours trying to get to and from the parks and then still had a 30 minute ride sometimes. This was much more convenient and comfortable. It was so nice to wake up and come home to a kitchen and comfy beds. My boys slept on the futons in the living room and never complained. Also loved the price!!!

  My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom condo for seven days. The condo is very well furnished and everything was just like the pictures. the condo community was really nice and there were lots of things to do really close if you didnt feel like driving anywhere. We would definitely stay there again.

  My wife and I stayed in the one bedroom condo for our honeymoon from 6/25/2011 - 7/1/2011. We loved the experience we had there. Everything is as nice as it looks and we loved that we could easily go to the Disney parks but also be near everything else in the orlando area. The outlets were within walking distance and it was in a great gated community. The owners were always available if we had questions and were eager to help us if we needed anything. I would not hesitate to stay there and rent from them again!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  My husband and I stayed for 17 nights. I loved the fact that everything was as they said it would be. Everything was wonderful! We were delighted with the location. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again and I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Love it!!!!

  Very nice one bedroom condo unit with large tv, spacious living room and bathroom, and complete kitchen. The best feature of the unit is that it is fifteen minutes or less from all of the Disney attractions. There is a large outlet mall within walking distance, as well as a large variety of restaurants. On several mornings we walked around the pond area with the fountains, and there were many varieties of birds to enjoy. This is our third experience with VRBO, and it is hard to understand why anyone would travel any other way.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  This is a beautiful condo extremely well located near to all attractions. The apartment is gorgeous and excellent for a small family. Beyond the apartment, the negotiations and interactions with owner went very well. My kids didn't want to leave the place. 100% recommendable. Many Thanks MG.

  The listing description and photos are very accurate. Beautiful decorations and the property was clean and well maintaned (other than the stained toilet due to the constantly running water). There was an old stale odor when you walk in but we kept the windows open the entire stay (7 days) to enjoy the fresh breeze. Myrtle was nice and helpful. The location is near EVERYTHING...Grocery, Post office, tons of places to eat and lets not forget the shopping and theme parks. The only thing that was less than pleasing for us is that it WAS NOT in the listing that the one bedroom condo was located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Not pleaseant when you have 8 days of luggage for two that you have to get from the airport to the rental then from the rental up 3 flights of stairs. We will not be staying at this location again for that reason but would recommend it with that detail included, Everyone have preferences and ours is to not do more work on vacation then we do at home...climbing stairs with luggage.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  From the time I found this rental online, to the time we checked out, Myrtle was very attentive and helpful! She was flexible with our need to change arrival/departure time and made sure everything was very nice and comfortable during our stay! The kids (ages 10 and 6) loved the bunk beds and my husband and I were very comfortable in the master bedroom. It felt less like a hotel stay because we had enough room and especially because we were able to make quick/easy meals to help off-set the cost of eating out. The condo supplied pretty much everything we needed and was very clean and well-maintained. Our kids loved having space to run and play out back. I would definitely recommend this property to friends/family!
