Just wanted to let you know that we truly appreciate your kindness and the wonderful opportunity to stay at your home in St. Catharines. My three daughters and I had a wonderful time and traveled to Toronto (3 days!), Georgian Bay (Collingdale), Niagra on the Lake, and of course Niagra Falls (2 days). We also enjoyed St. Catharines and got to ride the 5 cent carousel on Sunday morning. For the most part, we left early each morning and not arriving home till 10:30 pm and heading straight to the extra comfy beds for a good nights rest. My morning shower was refreshing and envigorating and got me rarin' for the next day of fun. We discovered Tim Hortons, the Toronto Blue Jays, Royal Ontario Museum, Ontario Science Museum, Toronto Zoo, CN Towers, Casa Loma, Maids of the Mist, Behind the Falls, and many other exciting places. Thanks you so much for your wonderful hospitality and looking forward visiting soon!

We can't say enough how enjoyable our visit to St. Catharines was. Ann was so friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her home and found it very clean and fully stocked with everything we might need, from dishes and utensils in the kitchen, to soaps and lotions in the bathrooms. There were lots and lots of clean towels and bed linens. There's a grocery store within walking distance. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax after long days of sightseeing. Many things to see and do within a 20-30 minute driving distance. We, of course, enjoyed Niagara Falls, but we also loved driving along the Welland Canal and seeing the huge ships go through and we also enjoyed a nice day in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We would definitely recommend this home to others looking for a nice place to stay and we would stay there again ourselves, if we were to return to the area in the future. The only one negative thing we have to say is that we had no access to wireless Internet service during our stay, and for travelers looking for information on places to go, things to do, costs of things, directions to places, and trying to pre-purchase tickets for Niagara Falls related excursions - that would have been extremely helpful. But we worked around it and it would not deter us from staying there again.
Owner response:It was a great pleasure having Mike, Cara rent my house, they were very nice, cleane and frendly people, and I would rent to them again in a heart beat. I was only sorry that I could not let them have the Rogers high speed wirless conecter, but it had gone missing."I did find it for my next guest!" But I did make sure they had a whole lot of brochures with discount cuopons and maps to help them get around. Ann Nelson # 56006

Having rented this property for 3 weeks we couldn"t have picked a better accommodation, the house was very clean with plenty of towels, bed linen, crockery and cooking utensils. It was very comfortable and homely and the owners Anne and Charles made us feel very welcome. It was ideally situated for shops, bars and restuarants within walking distance. We would have no hesitation in renting this property again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Once again a big thanks to Anne and Charles from the Jardine family in Scotland.

As a family who has rented through VRBO and other sites for over 12 years we want to state that this home has been one of the best homes for the value that we have ever rented. The location was perfect for visiting Niagra Falls, Niagra-on-the-lake, Toronto and the entire general southern Ontraio Lake region. It is also very conviently located in a quiet development but at the same time within a few mins (really only 1-3 mins.) walking distance to many amenities, like a super-market, laundramat, bank, and a Tom Horton's. The home was nicely set up, very comfortable and the Nelson's are very attentive landlords who think of thier renter's needs. We especially loved that it contained two TV's, was fully stocked with TP, soap, tissues, towels and linens. And they have a lovely landscaped patio area that is a joy to see while sitting in the dining and living room. We truly recommend this home and know anyone considering renting here will be happy they did.

We haven't been able to say enough about our stay in your beautiful, warm and comforting home. Our vacation started shakey and coming into the coziness of your home helped us to relax and enjoy the rest of our time. My son really enjoyed feeding the fish everyday. We loved being able to come back and kick back and relax in our own space, after spending time in Toronto, Niagara-on-the-lake and Niagara Falls. Thank you for your hospitality of your home, and wish we could have met.
