This cozy 3 bedroom Loft Penthouse(2 kings, 1 queen, and queen sofa-sleeper) + 3 bathroom unit sleeps 6 – 8 people. When you’re not on the slopes or shopping in town, enjoy all this spacious condo has to offer: a full modern kitchen, flat screen TV/VCR with cable subscription included, stereo, WiFi, jetted bath tub and wood burning fireplace. Available on property for your convenience is an enclosed hot tub, laundry Room, underground parking, elevator and free city shuttle access with a shuttle stop right in front of the condo complex.
Local amenities included The Silver Mountain Athletic Club which is a two minute walk from the complex. There you can keep in shape with yoga, spinning, indoor pool, racquetball, full Gym, and Day Spa (fee applies). The Bagel and Coffee Shop is right next door and there is a Sushi Bar and several fine dining and casual Restaurants across the street. We are also located right next to the Rail Trail which is a great biking and walking path. The Movie Theatre, Blockbuster and the Grocery Store are around the corner

Why the Owner Chose Suncreek
During my first trip to Park City, UT, I awoke on a summer morning from a condo in this very building to see hot air balloons lifting up into the sky from the parking lot. That sealed my fate in owning a condo of my own. The balloons seemed to culminate all of the breath-taking beauty that surrounds Park City.
Additionally, I love the convenience of this location as well as the ease with which I can navigate the city after I leave the comfort of my condo. The free bus picks up right outside of the building and we are five minutes from just about everywhere I want to be. Being right on the Rail Trail (a 40 mile scenic bike and hiking path) provides us with endless exploration time. When I'm here in the winter, you'll catch me grabbing a bagel at the coffe shop next door and jumping on the free bus to the ski resort.
The residents in Park City are friendly and unpretentious, and an active life-style is promoted in the countless activities that are available, from skiing and golf, to horseback riding, fishing, boating and cultural events.
Additionally, the residents of this city take pride in their surroundings and because of that this is an exceptionally clean place to be.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
As soon as you step into this unit you will know that you are in your home away from home. Comfortable furnishings, fresh linens, a wood burning fireplace, games and a feeling of peace are all yours. After a full day of skiing, golfing or kyaking, you don't have to get dressed to go to a restaurant (although you could walk to one from this property), just kick up your feet, pour a glass of wine and eat the chili you put on in our well appointed kitchen while you were soaking in the jacuzzi tub.
At this location all you need is your suitcase, golf clubs or skis, a trip to the market and an adventurous spirit, I supply just about everything else that you need to have a stress free vacation. In this property you'll find clean linens and a modern kitchen with cooking and serving utensils. Best of all, everyone has their own space. The high vaulted ceilings make you feel like you have lots of room to expand. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms there is plenty of space to spread out so you and your family or friends can relax and experience a vacation as you should; no worries, lots of entertainment, and a cozy place to hang your hat at the end of the day. Want to read, puruse the bookshelf, it's always stocked with a variety of good books. Want to hang out by the fire? Great, choose one of the board games from the shelves and spend the night laughing with your family.
If it's fine dining you want, simply walk across the street and enjoy a magnificent meal. Soup you say? Souperman right next store offers a soup for every member of your party. Want to connect with other people, there is a hot tub available to all residents on the property. With loads of outdoor activities, every householding worry taken care of and year-round fun, this truly is a vacation destination.

I could tell you about my fabulous husband and two wonderful grown children who are leading excellent lives. Or, I could enchant you with tales plucked from running my own business. But the truth is, what defines me is not what I do, but how I show up and live my life. I believe we get out of life what we put into it, so I make it a point to put a lot of laughter, fun, love and authenticity into my daily experiences. I find beauty in all things and I am as at peace at a five star resort as I am at the barn with my horse.
I love to make people comfortable and happy, but I also know how to take time for me. It is these traits that make ownership of a rental property a natural fit in my life. I love for people to feel nurtured and taken care of, life is too short for anything less. The fabulous location I chose in Park City? That's a bonus!

My family stayed here over the Christmas holiday. It was perfect for our family of four plus mother-in-law. Grandma was able to have her own room and bathroom and the boys enjoyed the upstairs loft with attached bath. The condo is very comfortable and well decorated. The location is central to the Park City slopes with an awesome gym down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo with a real wood burning fireplace and all the amenities anyone would want, from free wireless internet to fully equipted kitchen and communial laundry room and hot tub.On site staff and the owner is a phone call away if any extra help is needed. You reall get your money's worth with this three bedroom, three bath condo.

We would definitely come back, Great location we have stayed in this building before but this was by far the nicest unit.The kitchen is well equipped with pots and all sorts of nice bowls,glasses and cooking equipment. You can tell the owners love their place by the way it is tastefully decorated and so well taken care of.The skiing was awesome and the free shuttle was so close. Additionally the owner was so easy to rent from and gave us lots of money saving tips!!! Thank you for an amazing stay and we will surely see you next year!!

Terrific and very comfortable condo with all conveniences and internet access. Excellent underground parking; good kitchen. Quiet area, yet 2 minutes from super market, shopping. Park City is a great destination not only during ski season but year-round. Big lakes, parks, caves, all manner of recreation. Easy drive to Sundance, Salt Lake City, other points of interest. Many fine restaurants.
