High-end , beautiful condo that overlooks the village of Egg Harbor and has unbelievable views of Green Bay. The sunsets are absolutely amazing. Eat breakfast, have drinks, or just watch the sunset on the covered balcony that overlooks the water.
Take a beautiful walk down the path into the village of Egg Harbor. The village has wonderful art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and a specialty grocery store. The area has a thriving recreational, theatrical, and musical environment to please everyone. Couples, friends, and families will all be equally pleased. There is also a winery with daily wine tasting 15 minutes away.
There are only 24 condominiums in the association with only five rentals. The grounds are beautiful with a heated pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day). This is our second home and it is immaculate. There is NO SMOKING inside and NO PETS allowed. This first floor condominium (no stairway) comes completely furnished and includes a gas barbecue grill and all linens.
