Maravilla is a gated community with tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, hot tub and a clubhouse with an exercise room.
This upscale home is tastefully decorated, gourmet kitchen, granite counters, breakfast bar, 52 in. cable television, surround sound system with speakers throughout the house.
The great room has a spectacular view through the loggia, wall-to-wall glass doors and windows. The office has a daybed with a computer and internet access. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, granite double sinks, jacuzzi tub and a large shower with double heads.
Outside the kitchen is a deck with a barbeque for outside cooking and an outside shower where you can wash off when you come back from the beach. The beach is approximately one and a half blocks from the back door, through the gated community.
The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath, with an outside deck to privately grab the rays. One bedroom has a queen size bed with a flat screen television/VCR combo. The other children's bedroom has two twin size beds and a flat screen television/VCR and radio/cassette/CD player.

Why the Owner Chose Maravilla
my wife and I dated in college and then we went different directions with different people until we found each other in 1995 and were married. We always loved Destin, having stayed at the old Frangista cinder block hotel in 1968, and we dreamed of having a house there and in 2000 we made it happen. She retired in 2003 and I in 2008 and we love sharing the house with good people who enjoy their stay.
The Unique Benefits at this Spacious, Luxury Home
the house is not a typical rental because it has all of the extras of our second home. My wife is a great decorator and I have all the electronic stuff to make it interesting. It is a kick back place very near but not too close to the tennis courts, club house with exercise room and the swimming pool.
