Perfect Home for Group in Steamboat
We had a wonderful stay in Feb 2024. We were three families-- 6 adults and 5 kids and younger teens in Steamboat to ski, soak (in hot springs!), and have fun. This was the perfect home for doing all these things and so much more. The location is absolutely perfect-- we could easily walk into town for restaurants and shopping, and just easily catch the free and quick bus to the mountain to ski-- we loved not having to drive hardly at all. The house is well provisioned and had everything we needed to cook, watch movies, read books by the fire, and more. Our host (Petra) did a great job communicating with us to make sure we knew everything we needed to and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us-- we hope to be back in the future!!

Charming and conveniently located
This charming and spacious house is less than 1/4 mile from Lincoln Ave where one can catch the city bus or conveniently walk to restaurants, bars, brew pubs, shops, and more. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the equipment required to self-cater. The 3 full bathrooms were sufficient for our group of 6 adults and there is a half-bath downstairs. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Fabulous location for a large family
1062 Crawford Ave. was ideal for a gathering of our brothers and their families from Massachusetts, Maine, Wisconsin, and Colorado. A few stayed at a ski condo on the mountain, but the in-town location close to Howellson Hill & the river walking path was superior for the non-skiers among us. Petra the owner was super responsive and helpful all the way. The kitchen is a real, working family kitchen whose equipment was much appreciated for keeping a family of 11 fed and watered. Thanks for an ideal family holiday!

wonderful summer stay in steamboat
We had a large group (used up all the beds) and found the large living spaces were well suited to our group- both inside and outside. The kitchen had a great oven/range and an assortment of pans and utensils that greatly facilitated cooking (we tend to cook all our evening meals and breakfasts). Neighbors don't like you parking in front of their house (which is fair), so can park down street next to the triangular grassy area (keep of the grass, though)- is a 100' walk. Laundry machines were used and are large and work great. absolutely no downsides to this place (unless you don't like older buildings- we thought was quite nice, roomy and had character).

Great house for family in mountain town!
We stayed here with my large family in Feb 2017 and the house was perfect!! The downstairs is large and roomy. Lots of space to spread out for those who want to watch TV in one room, relax by the fire in another and be in the kitchen where there's space to hang out as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need on a vacation. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a day on the slopes. The bathrooms are updated and there's 5 bed rooms upstairs and you are spread out so you felt like you had some space. House is very charming! This house is close to town, just a short walk down a hill will get you to shops and restaurants. We loved our time in Steamboat and loved this house, would definitely return again! Petra was very responsive and we only had one issue which was taken care of with just a quick call to her and instructions that she gave us.
