Thank you for taking a moment to read about our vacation property in exclusive East Orleans, located mid-way up the arm of Cape Cod. The Cape-style home is just minutes from the ocean beach, Nauset, and the bay beach, Skaket. Be sure to access our personal website listed below for additional pictures and information.
This residence is situated on a private pine-treed acre. The large deck has a picnic table for eight and additional chairs and tables for lounging. The deck overlooks a beautiful backyard with open space for children to play.A stainless steel gas grill is available for your use. A private hot water shower is located on the side of the house, perfect for trips back from the beach.
The house itself is air conditioned with free wireless internet and unlimited free long distance phone .. plus a great selection of
cable channels. There are three large bedrooms and two full baths. The two bedrooms upstairs include the master (with a queen size bed, TV and phone) and a second bedroom with twins and TV. Both rooms have ample closet space, dressers, chairs and tables.The upstairs bathroom includes a tub and shower. The downstairs bedroom includes twin beds, a large closet, dresser and lamps. A second full bathroom is across the hall.
The kitchen has a beautiful new floor and is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave and toaster. Of course, all cooking utensils, serving platters and dishes are in abundant supply. There is also a lobster pot and steamer. A cozy eat-in area completes this room.
The dining area includes a large table and chairs that comfortably seats six to eight. A beautiful bay window looks out into the backyard, perfect for watching birds or children playing. A hutch includes more formal dishes, table cloths and placemats.
The living room is tastefully appointed with a large sofa, loveseat and chair, tables and lamps. The new 37" LCD TV has a DVD/VCR player hooked up and premium cable channels. A fireplace completes this comfortable setting.
There is also a large walkout basement area with a washer and dryer. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys are provided at no extra cost. The long private driveway leads to a large parking area in front of the house which will easily accommodate several cars and a boat.
