Emerald Island Resort Community is a new and very beautiful gated community adorned with beautiful fountains and dolphins and state of the art Clubhouse and located in the heart of the most fun theme parks. Just two miles south of Disneyland close to Seaworld Universal Studios and all the best attractions the secluded community is located off I-4 and right by 192w where you find shops, the best restaurants, and too many attractions to list!
I offer you a brand new, two-story townhouse. It is an adorable and "homefortable" home with three bedrooms as well as two full baths upstairs and a large half bath downstairs. There is a nice covered terrace in the back and we have a beautiful balcony upstairs off the master bedroom. The pool and jacuzzi are just steps from the back door. Cool off in the pool after a hot day at the parks or relax in the jacuzzi also just steps from the townhouse.
The townhouse is fully furnished, including all appliances including microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, TV and VCR, all linens including towels, pillows, bed sheets, and comforters. Also included all eating and cooking ware. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room inside the townhouse and there is a large storage area by front door. There is a queen sleeper sofa downstairs for your favorite seniors or handicapped. This is a Non-Smoking townhouse!!

I lived in the States for almost 5 years and I love to visit Florida as much as possible. My home is quiet and Im able to relax and enjoy the great weather and friendly people!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
My home is very close to Disney (5 mins) and all the main parks and attractions are within 30 mins (maximum) but I like the fact that Coco Beach, Kennedy Space centre and all the main Florida malls are within a short drive away!
