Simply perfect. Living on Maui for almost 20 years, I have searched a long time to find this gem. And now, hopefully, I will be able to share this treasure with you.
Our fabulous Oasis is an extra-large, 1300 SQUARE FOOT, TWO bedroom with 2 1/4 BATHS. Being a CORNER END UNIT with a HUGE 250-SQUARE FOOT LANAI, you will absolutely delight in the most INCREDIBLE PANORAMIC OCEAN AND OUTER ISLAND VIEWS you could ever imagine. You might as well be at the helm of a yacht... 240-degree views forever!
The ROYA KAHANA RESORT is a FIRST CLASS RESORT CONDOMINIUM conveniently located between the fabulous resort areas of Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua Bay. We are just a few-minute drive to the historic whaling town of Lahaina, the superb shops and restaurants at Whalers Village Shopping Center in Kaanapali, and the championship golf courses at Kapalua.
Ours is the CORNER END UNIT ON THE 4TH FLOOR at the Royal Kahana Resort. It boasts PHENOMENAL ocean and outer Island views from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and, of course, from the huge 45 FOOT LONG WRAP-AROUND LANAI! The sweeping ocean views seem like yours alone. The Islands of Lanai and Molokai loom on the horizon and beckon from afar. And in the winter, there is no better place on the entire coast to see the whales putting on a most spectacular show!
Our very spacious condominium is tastefully appointed in a tropical theme,with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, CABLE TV in every room, DVD,VCR,CD player. HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION as well! With a king-size bed in the master, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, it can easily accommodate up to six people. The EXTRA POWDER ROOM off the living area is an especially nice feature for larger parties.
There are THREE SLIDERS TO THE LANAI;off the living room,off the dining area, and off the master bedroom. Views...everywhere...
Amenities at the Royal Kahana include a LARGE HEATED POOL surrounded by a sundeck. Adjacent to the pool is a beachfront lawn area to sun and take in the views. Whether you choose to swim in the pool, sun yourself at the pool deck or beachfront lawn area, or take a refreshing dip in the ocean... perhaps a little snorkeling or boogie boarding, or just a stroll down the white sandy beach, you will delight in the natural beauty surrounding you here at the Royal Kahana.
There are four gas-fired barbecue grills at the pool area, and a big POOL SIDE CABANA providing a dining area with captivating panoramic ocean views. For relaxed entertainment, there are Ping-Pong tables and shuffleboard. Two LIGHTED TENNIS COURTS attract our more energetic guests. There is also an ON SITE EXERCISE ROOM and SAUNA. There is a 24-HOUR CONCIERGE, plus an ACTIVITY DESK in the lobby to help you plan your Maui activities. INTERNET ACCESS AND CONFERENCE ROOM is also on site. Morning coffee is served in the lobby, and you will also enjoy meeting other guests at our weekly complimentary Mai Tai party. UNDERGROUND,covered, or open parking is included at no extra charge
The ground and building are maintained impeccably, as is the interior of the condo. Being an owner who lives on Maui, I visit the condo regularly when it is available,and make sure everything is in top shape.
The Royal Kahana is within a few-minute walk to many shops, convenience stores, beauty salon, and over a dozen restaurants offering everything from casual to fine dining options.

- Beachfront : Located directly on the beach, all shoreline is at the mercy of Mother Nature, and the tidal ebb and flow of the ocean with its matching wave action. Sometimes we have a beautiful, wide sandy beach directly in front of us, and other times the sand may shift from its position directly if front of us to just south of us, a minute walk ... However, our location makes for a perfect position to take in and experience the beautiful sunsets, turtles, and, during whale season, the most spectacular show right from your lanai. We hope you will understand we cannot guarantee that we will always have a wide sandy beach directly in front of our property, sometimes there will be reef exposed...it is ever changing...

Thank you so much, Sherrie, for providing such a great place to stay and for your kind Aloha spirit. We could not be happier with the condo. The views (OMG!), the comfortable and inviting furnishings, generously sized living spaces, a well appointed kitchen with every appliance and gadget that we needed, fresh bed and bath areas and linens. It was like being at home, only much much better ! Although the weather was blissfully warm and the lanai and condo gets sun from about 10:30 in the morning right through till sunset, we did not need to use the air conditioning at all. The air flow through the unit, assisted by the trade winds, is great and kept us all fresh-air comfortable night and day. This is our fourth trip to Maui and although we had planned to do more (e.g. still haven’t done the Road to Hana), truthfully there were days when we didn’t even try to drag ourselves off the lanai. We saw lots of whales and turtles daily, were treated to the sight of a close in pod of spinner dolphins passing by and a seal playing in the shore break once. Even the entertainment of the human variety was fun to watch - surfers, wind surfers, paddle surfers, skim boarders, kite boarders. So pleased that you have equipped the lanai with plenty of chairs, tables and loungers – our party of four put them to good use. We also really appreciated having access to your WiFi and other in-suite amenities like the washer and dryer, ice maker as well as the beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler. This really is a great place to stay, amazing value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend it fully. Conversing with and making arrangements with you was just icing on the cake. Thanks again.

We took a sisters trip to Hawaii and I was surprised at this beautiful room!!! The owner has the kitchen stocked unlike any other condo I have rented. It was wonderful to have the essentials plus the extras there for us to use. The condo is huge, clean and has a million dollar view! I would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed staying in your unit. It was very clean, decorated well, and the view was great. The airconditioning worked well and it was nice to have WIFI in the room. I really enjoyed the condo at the Royal Kahana. The place was lovely, clean and quiet. The view from the lanai was breaktaking. There was everything in the condo that you needed. There are restaurants within walking distance and the town of Lahaina was only a short distance away by car. I would definitely recommend this condo and would come back again.

Sherrie, we just want to thank you for sharing your Paradise with our family. When we first entered your condo, we all gasped (with delight!) The sweeping ocean views, with the Islands of Molokai and Lanai in the background, were truly outstanding. The condo layout was perfect for our family, we had so much room to roam! We split our time between Honolulu and Maui, came for our son's wedding, and really wished we had spent our entire stay here! It was everything we had hoped it would be. Could not have asked for more! The condo was very clean and well maintained. Loved your decor! The furnishing were quite comfortable, many choices of sitting areas in the livingroom. Also appreciated the extras, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. We made good use of the beach chairs, took them down to the beach everyday, but also enjoyed the pool. The grills at the pool came in handy, as we felt we had the best oceanfront dining right at the condo! Well stocked kitchen was also appreciated. We did dine at Roy's across the street, exceptional dinner! Also took you up on your suggestion of breakfast at the Gazebo in Napili, it was well worth the wait in line! I know that when we return to Maui, probably within the next two years, we will definately want to book your condo. And, we have many friends who vacation in Maui often, we will certainly refer them to your heaven on earth! thank you, Sherrie, your condo was the icing on the cake for our trip to Maui! aloha, Carol

Aloha Sherrie, we came to Maui to celebrate our daughter's wedding. Our two 20 year old sons stayed with us in your beautiful spacious condo. We loved the Lanai and the beautiful views. We all felt like we had our own space & privacy when we wanted it. All of the ammeneties that your condo offers, really help to make a great trip! Thank you for getting the crock-pot. We return home today after a very relaxing 10 days here. Our stay here has been so fun and relaxing. My husband, myself, and our three daughters were very comfortable here. The condo has everything needed to feel just like home, but in such a beautiful location. We went to the Farmer's Market a couple of times and it was great to have fresh fruit and vegetables with our meals. The view is so amazing that we spent alot of time just relaxing outside. Sherrie, Lance and I loved your 1 bedroom condo here a couple of years ago. This one is great for the family! We hope to return. Janet & Lance Highland, CA
