This cozy cottage is located in a charming residential beach town, only four blocks from the ocean. Nestled between the "artsy" towns of Ocean Grove and Avon-by-the-Sea, Bradley Beach offers plenty of shopping and sightseeing. Two towns over in bustling Belmar, the fun and beach games are ‘round-the-clock. Nearby Point Pleasant features a boardwalk amusement park with plenty of games and rides. And, historic Asbury Park is only two towns over and offers some of the finest antique shopping around.
Sip refreshments while enjoying the breeze on your own private porch or walk down to the clean, white-sand beach and take in one of the nightly concerts and events. There's plenty to do in and around Bradley Beach, and most everything is within walking distance. Enjoy one of the many casual and fine dining restaurants only a quick walk away, or make dinner in your own cottage kitchen and dine in your quaint backyard (not big, but cute). Then, head two blocks over to Main Street for some after-dinner treats at either the town bakery or ice cream parlour.
The cottage is perfect for two, but can accomodate four with two in the bedroom (double bed) and two in the living room on the pull-out couch.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a full-size refrigerator, gas stove/oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, and dining area.

And, if that’s not enough to keep you busy, there’s a quaint movie theatre a few blocks away that shows all new releases, you can go horseback riding at the Far Cry Farm and Stables (25 minutes away), work-out in the town's 24-hour gym/fitness center (accepts temporary members), enjoy the day at Six Flags Great Adventure only a 20-minute drive away, or utilize the beautiful nearby boardwalk to go speed-walking or jogging.

The rental fee is non-refundable & must be paid prior to occupancy.
Security deposit required - $500 refundable (provided
there are no damages).
There is a 3% charge for payments made via credit card to my PayPal.
Tenant pays utilities.
