  We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Solana Beach! The condo was as advertised. Very well stocked and very comfortable. Also very clean and well kept. Easy to access and close to parking stall and pool in the complex. Also, very easy acces to stairs down to beach below. The view from this condo is unbelievably breathtaking! We all very much enjoyed watching the sunset every night as well as the surfers down below throughout the day. My husband also enjoyed going to the Frog's Gym which was located just across the street from the Condo as well as to the Solana Coffee Company which was also just across the street. I very much enjoyed going for a morning run through the neighbourhood just North of the condo as well as to the Naked Cafe just down the street for Breakfast. And the kids loved the pool and the beach below! Solana Beach is a very cute seaside town that has plenty of amenities for those that wish to stay nearby but is also just a quick drive into the many interesting sights in San Diego. I would highly recommend this location and condo to anyone that is looking for a relaxing beachside get away that is still close enough to all of the attractions that San Diego has to offer!

  We really were pleased with this condo. It was in a great location and the views were amazing. We enjoyed our family spring break. Our daughters didn't want to leave. But it was back to reality. The condo is extremely clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, it was like being at home. Thank you Brent for renting us your beach condo. We actually ventured down to the beach so we could say we were in the Pacific Ocean. Couldn't have come all that way and not put our toes in the water. The beach was wonderful. And we really enjoyed watching all the surfers. And the sunsets were picture perfect a few times that week. Our favorite places to eat were Pacific Coast Grill and Milton's Deli & Restaurant. If you stay here, check them out. You'll be glad you did. Our family would love to come back for another visit and if we do we would stay here again, no questions asked. Come and stay at Brent and Cathy's beachfront condo, you'll be glad you did. We sure were :)

  We spent Christmas week in this stunning, well appointed condo. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, cliffs and water views, complete with surfers and dolphins. The sunsets were magnificent viewed from the deck.We found the condo to be very comfortable and in a perfect location to enjoy all that Solana Beach and San Diego have to offer. We loved it so much we have rebooked for next Summer! Thanks, Brent and Cathy for sharing this treasure with us.

  My family and I just had a great week's stay. The condo has an amazing view of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom. Great access to the beach, nice and private. Great for family sand castle building. The condo has all you need for that. The entertainment set up in the living room is perfect. Great tv and sound system. The heated pool is a great escape for the family at any time of year. The town of Solana Beach is great. The farmer's market on Sunday, the winery in town and a great small venue called "Belly Up". Great place to see an intimate concert. We saw Justin Townes Knowles while we were there. For an afternoon activity walk down the beach to Del Mar. Great park for kids on the water in Del Mar. My family and I have been here three times now and love it each time.

  My husband and 2 boys (age 3 and 7) couldn't have been more happy with this location. It was fantastic to hear the ocean and walk down to the beach with the kids (and not have to get into a car to do it!) We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner at the condo, thanks to all the great amenities..lots of baking dishes, pans, and a great selection of spices and extras. The layout of the condo was great as the bedroom are separated by bathrooms which creates wonderful privacy for mom and dad to enjoy the beautiful oceanside room. Also, another major note for parents....the bedroom/hallway area has a door to separate from the living room kitchen area, so we were able to have adult friends over in the evening chatting the night away while to boys slept peacefully in the bedrooms. We have rented quite a few homes and this was definately our favorite. Also, the sand toys and boogie boards were enjoyed immensely by my husband and boys. Thank you again for sharing your fantastic condo, such a perfect location..we will definately be coming back!

  Our week at the Solana Beach property went by way too quickly. We enjoyed staying in this Solana Beach unit very much. The property is very clean and so well furnished. We very much appreciated all the extras provided by the owners, in terms of sport equipment, BBQ, various products, too many to mention really. Covered parking was also very convenient and close to the unit. We also very much appreciated the owners taking time to contact us and making sure everything was ok and taking time to discuss and explain things to us. The earlier pre-trip phone calls we had with the owners were also very helpful. They really wanted us to see and enjoy this beautiful area to the fullest. We enjoyed the Solana Beach area very much with so many interesting things to see and do close by. Of course the beaches and view directly out front of the unit are second to none. Our teenage son got introduced to surfing and ended up taking some lessons nearby. There are so many great restaurants close by as well, we had a tough time deciding which to choose. We really enjoyed Brigatine and enjoyed the fresh swordfish entrees very much. Also took in a great live theatre performance at the La Jolla Playhouse in nearby La Jolla, only minutes away. Thanks so much

  We just had an absolutely great time at this Solana Beach condo. The views are phenomenal! You can see the sunset from the deck - and also all the surfers. We went down to the ocean a number of times (using the unit's wetsuits and boogie boards), we walked to the Beach Grass Cafe and farmer's market, we drove to Torrey Pines State Park. The owner was great - answered all our questions and helped us out a good bit. Would enthusiastically recommend.

  We just got back from our visit to San Diego and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of lodging! The condo was clean, comfortable and very well furnished as well as centrally located for all of our activities (La Jolla, Legoland, Sea World, etc). Sitting on the balcony in the mornings and at night with the breathtaking views and relaxing sounds of the ocean made for a wonderful visit. I'd recommend to any families that are visiting the area.

  My husband and I rented this condo in January and it exceeded our expectations! Loved the Pottery Barn style furnishings and the well stocked kitchen and of coarse the view! Have many happy memories there with our grandson and family! Also loved walking to the great breakfast restaurants! Will definitely go back!

  The girls ranging from 13 - 63 in age had a wonderful time on the beach, in the pool and in town. Hated to leave. Everything was accurately depicted in the listing. Perfect vacation.
