This home of 4500 square feet is professionally decorated with RALPH LAUREN furniture and furnishings. A FIVE STAR, nautically designed home makes your vacation an experience that you will never forget. The design of this home provides total privacy and comfort that everyone deserves while on vacation. The three-story ELEVATOR will take you to TWO FLOORS WITH A MASTER SUITE AND A LIVING ROOM ON EACH FLOOR.

As you enter the main floor foyer you immediately notice that you are entering a totally different experience. The main floor consists of the JIMMY BUFFET BEDROOM with a bath that opens to the pool area, which has a table, chairs, and an outdoor shower.

Entering the first floor you notice the hardwood heart of pine floors. The nautical feel of the floors is found through out the entire house. The first floor has two outside decks; one large deck with a gas grill, and a table and chairs. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are totally surrounded with windows and doors to let the natural light and breezes to come in. This is the center for entertaining. The dining room table will accommodate ten people for eating, socializing, or playing games. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with a breakfast bar. The living room has a comfortable arrangement in front of a gas fireplace. The bookshelf next to the fireplace has a built-in entertainment center with a desk and telephone for a computer.

Down the hall are the BAHAMA AND THE SURF UP BEDROOMS. The BAHAMA ROOM is a king master suite with a sitting area and a full bathroom. The SURF UP ROOM has twin beds with a private bath. Arriving on the top floor you immediately notice the private deck that is connected to THE SECOND LIVING ROOM. This room has a HIGH WOOD BEAM CEILING WITH A STONE FIREPLACE. The room is decorated with leather furniture a television, stereo, and a DVD/VCR player. Totally surrounded by windows and doors - a great place to get away and enjoy the afternoon ocean breezes.

Next to the living room is a full walk in utility room and the ATLANTIC BEDROOM. This bedroom has two twin beds, a bath, and a private verandah.

Down from the living room is the MAGNOLIA BEDROOM. This king suite has a high beam ceiling with a sitting area. The private bath has a Jacuzzi tub, a double vanity with a dressing table, and a large three head marble shower.

SINGLETON BEACH LOCATED AT MID ISLAND AND HAS THE MOST PRISTINE AND QUIET BEACHES ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This is the reason that the town of Hilton Head purchased 70 acres to develop the only public park. This park features walking trails, bike trails, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, outdoor grills, picnic tables, and playgrounds. The park even has a fenced dog park.

Our home is located right next to the park and less than 300 yards from the beach. OUR GATED COMMUNITY HAS A SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE PARK AND BEACH. The shuttle will run from May 15 through September 6.
