In addition, we include FREE SPA HEAT, or you may swim in our private, fenced pool, or stroll down the beach walkway to the beach.
Enjoy our SPACIOUS Hilton Head vacation home in tropical Hilton Head-Sea Pines including 5 bedrooms, and 4 baths. It features 2 MASTER SUITES with private baths that are perfect for 2 families. It sleeps 16 people total. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen sleeper sofas.
Enjoy on of 3 living spaces in the living room, family room, or Carolina room. The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and double ovens. The kitchen opens up to the family room to create a large family gathering place in the evening.
Get away and relax in the beautifully tiled CAROLINA ROOM. There are TVs, VCRs, and DVDs throughout the house, including the bedrooms, for everyone’s entertainment.
Enjoy sun bathing around our private pool which can be heated at your request (additional charge). It has a privacy fence for your enjoyment and your children’s safety. We include a 4 to 5 person, 6' diameter hot tub for you to enjoyment. Also, we have included a gas grill and the gas for your convenience.
Hilton Head's features 40 miles of bike paths or 12 miles of beach. Bike or walk 1 mile to either South Beach or Harbour Town. Hilton Head's activities include dolphin watching, Bubblegum cruise, sunrises and sunsets, golf, miniature golf, skateboard park, water park, tennis, parasailing, rollerblading, and hiking through the 600 acre nature preserve in Sea Pines. Hilton Head is ideal for bird watching. You can rent bikes and other items and have them delivered right to your door to enhance your vacation experience.
Bedding, towels, and all linens are provided. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen.

You can reserve your vacation week with a phone call and a credit card (nothing will be charged at booking). You must reserve your week with a credit card to: secure your week; to be a security deposit in the event of property damage during your stay; and to pay for any additional pool heating cost (pool heating is optional).
We send your confirmation and all of your check-in information to you via email. Check in is on Saturday at 4 PM and check out is Saturday at 10 AM.

We live in KY, right outside of Cincinnati, OH. We own 2 homes in Hilton Head. Our homes are maintained weekly by our handy man. They are in top condition for your vacation.
We've tried to add everything that we'd want in our home to make it comfortable for you. We feature 2 refrigerators because one is just not enough. There are large pots so that you can boil fresh seafood or make stews. You have access to our 2 car garage for your convenience.
Our favorite places are Aqua, Sea Shak, and happy hours at Palmetto Bay Marina. Crabbing is fun and easy if you've never tried it. We provide a complete listing of favorites with your reservation.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We love Sea Pines and the ability to bike to Harbour Town and South Beach on the bike paths. The nature preserve is an undiscovered gem. The golf coursed are beautiful and challenging. Sea Pines is just a special place.

Two refrigerators and a fulling stocked kitchen make our home very comfortable. It is in top condition as it is maintained weekly by our handy man. Our beach oriented home means that there are no streets to cross to get to the beach. You're 1 mile from Harbour Town or South Beach on the bike paths. We include hot tub heat for free.

I would highly recommend this property. Location is excellent; very convenient to the beach. Pool is in great condition and was cleaned during the week. The owners and their respresentatives were a pleasure to work with throughout the rental process and our stay. They were genuinely concerned about our satisfaction and promptly addressed the few minor issues we had. The only thing on our list of suggested improvements are the TVs; Flat Screen would have made the family movie night more enjoyable vs. the CRT's. Regardless, we look forward to vacationing at this property again in 2012!!

My family and I have been staying at this home the past 5 years and it is great! Plenty of space, comfortable, heated pool & hot tub, short walk to the ocean and nestled in between Harbor Town and Salty Dog for a good bike ride. My entire family loves it here and we look forward to staying here again!
Owner response:Thank you for your positive review. We have many repeat guests that have been staying with us for years. That is certainly a very positive endorsement. Repeat guests are our barometer for how well we're doing. Every year we try to upgrade the features or structure of our home. This year we added onto our deck to create more space around the pool. In the past, we've added things like a second refrigerator to create more room for food and drinks, and to have a second ice maker. Our homes are professionally maintained. We have routine work done weekly and have scheduled preventative maintenance such as the HV/AC throughout the year.

I have been renting this home for at least 5 years and have used it as our winter getaway for my wife and I for a couple of weeks each winter. In addition, we rent for the last 2 weeks in May each year. We are currently renting the home for the next 2 weeks and find the home in good shape for our stay, along with my 2 children their wives, and my 3 grandchildren. It looks like the owner has even expanded the pool/deck/patio area to accommodate a couple of more chairs and a new patio table and 6 chairs!! We haver always found the owner to be very receptive to any calls for issues that seem to always happen at any home. In fact, we know the handyman and found him to be very responsive, professional, and personable.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Owners were great to deal with but they have no clue as to the condition of the home. I emailed them to let them know but never got a response. House smelled like it was pet friendly. If you have small children and they don't care about mattress comfort, or for yourself, then the house is fine. The only good thing about this house is that the location was close to beach. My husband had to fix the "new dishwasher" and clear stopped toilets. Air conditioning didn't work properly. Maybe some new filters would help. Outside furniture was so old, and we were afraid to pick up the cover to the hot tub. Dust was so bad on ceiling fans and plants that we had to rent a seperate condo for my son and his family because of allergies. We have rented homes in Sea Pines for the last 11 years. I would not recommend this property to any friend or relative. The owners need to spend some time and money there to clean and update.
Owner response:We are stunned that these guests would submit such a review 8 months after their stay, without having made any attempt to contact us while they were there. Their comments are so bizarre and inconsistent with the condition of our home, that we believe they've submitted them for the wrong house. Our home is indeed pet-friendly, as stated on our VRBO. In fact, these very guests brought their dog, which is why we believe they are confusing our home with another one in which they've stayed. In addition, we charge a pet fee to cover the extra steps needed to ensure that the home also meets the expectations of guests who are not pet-owners. We are available 24/7 by phone as is our handyman to address any issues immediately. We use professional companies to keep our home at a level that has exceeded the standards of all other guests, many of whom have been coming back for multiple years. We can provide their names and numbers upon request for a personal referral. Our service providers are (VRBO does not allow contact info here - available upon request): • Housekeeping Services provides complete professional cleaning between guests, hotel-quality linens and towels, and amenities. No clogged toilets go undetected because they get checked (and unclogged) as part of normal cleaning. “Deep cleans” are performed annually in the off-season, which is when fans, baseboards, cupboards are cleaned and carpets are shampooed. • Our handyman, visits our home weekly to care for the landscaping, inspect the home and perform maintenance and repairs. He power washes the exterior of the home, the patio and outdoor furniture regularly. The tree canopy and flowering tropical foliage that people love about Sea Pines, also produce a tremendous amount of debris! • Our pool company, Clearwater Pool Service, cleans the pool and pool deck twice weekly in the rental season. Yet, if they clean on Saturday morning, by the time the guests arrive at 4PM, the pool deck, grill, and chairs may already be covered with some tree debris. This is nature at its best. One unique feature of our pool: it is self-cleaning, so the jets fire off regularly to push floating debris to the skimmers. • Appliances are maintained by Resort Appliance, the leading repair company on the island. They will send out techs at a moment's notice. It is inconceivable and inappropriate for any guest to not notify us if an appliance is not working and then attempt to fix it himself.
