Oceanfront (on a point at Parker Head in Dyer Bay), two-story home with large windows that provide a 300-degree bay and ocean view. Watch the sun rise from the kitchen, deck or upstairs bedroom. See the sun set from the living room, deck, or upstairs master suite. Seagulls and ducks abound, and two bald eagles often survey their domain from the spruce tree on the point.

There are many opening skylights, hardwood or carpeted floors, ceramic tile bathrooms, and an attached, heated double garage with automatic doors. The wrap-around deck has 2 picnic tables and Adirondak chairs. There is a large fire pit overlooking the water.

The pier and dock are lighted, with a picnic table on a deck at the entrance to the pier. A lighted path follows the waterfront's edge and the landscaped lawn slopes down from the house to the water. A park-like forest is at the back of this nearly 3-acre property. There are four garden areas with flowers and stone benches.

Private paved circular drive. Fresh lobster and mussels next door at the shore. Two kayaks and daysailer to explore the bay. Completely private with wildlife hiking preserve across the bay, lobster boats and ocean out front.

2-story-high living room with skylights, wood stove, two couches, big-screen TV (Direct-TV)w/stereo, DVD, VCR; dining room seats 6. French doors to an eat-in-kitchen with bar on island, pantry & laundry room with sliding glass door to back deck. Private den (with 2 locking doors) adjacent to kitchen with library, TV, large, leather chair & ottoman & 2 twin beds.

The master suite upstairs has a king-sized bed, propane fireplace, HDTV widescreen (VCR & DVD players with Direct-TV & surround-sound) with a couch, chair and ottoman, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator in closets in its ceramic bath. 2nd bedroom all windows overlooking water. Pets and/or children are welcome - the manicured lawn is perfect for playing, croquet, horseshoes, badmitten, or flying a kite. There's even a basketball hoop.
