The Downtown Carillon Beach Condominium is a richly appointed designer showcase. The tastefully decorated unit is both spacious and comfortable. With a large patio deck with a view of the Gulf of Mexico, it sits in the heart of all of the Downtown Carillon activities and shopping, yet it is still just a short walk to the beach (my husband says it is 700 yards :)
Begin your day at the Carillon Condo with juice and coffee on a spacious deck or enjoy gourmet coffee, breakfast dishes and pastries at Hava Java just steps away. Return late afternoon for your favorite ice cream and enjoy it while sitting by the outside fountains. If onsite shopping beckons, take advantage of several unique boutique emporiums just downstairs on Market Street. Did we mention the incredible new restaurants! There is no need to go anywhere else but when variety beckons, there is never a shortage of our favorite nearby places! Did we mention the Monday night concert on the green? Bring a blanket or lawn chairs, have a picnic, and enjoy jazz or blues right by the lake every Monday during season.
