The smoke-free home is modeled after the 2002 Coastal Living "Home of the Year" and is professionally decorated and landscaped.
The property consists of a main house with beautiful great room including fireplace and ceiling fans. The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor and includes an oversized shower and claw foot tub. Two bedrooms and adjoining full bath are upstairs.
An E-Z Breeze screened porch with fireplace joins the main house to the guest cottage with its own living area and loft bedroom. The porch can be made weather tight in a matter of 3 minutes. The enclosed patio area off of the screened porch provides a private outdoor area for rest and relaxation.
