An E-Z Breeze screened porch with fireplace joins the main house to the guest cottage with its own living area and loft bedroom. The porch can be made weather tight in a matter of 3 minutes. The enclosed patio area off of the screened porch provides a private outdoor area for rest and relaxation.
Peak Season: June 1-September 1, $2100/week $420/night, 2 night minimum.
Prime Season: March 24-May 31 and September 2-October 26, $1475/week $295/night,
Value Season: January1-March 23, October 27-December 31... $1150/week, $230/night
Rates include accomodations. Guest departure cleaning, taxes, reservation
fees, are charged in addition to accomadation rates.
