1101 Crescent Shores is not your typical pastel colored beach condo. Our beachfront condo is decorated with palm trees, stained wood furniture, and hand carved dining room chairs. This new corner unit has unobstructed ocean views from almost every room, high speed internet access, and a 27 foot balcony offering panoramic views of the ocean, pool and lazy river.

Completed in April 2004, Crescent Shores has granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, beautiful ceramic tile floors, along with plush carpeting in the bedrooms and living room. The fully stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator complete with ice maker, a range with radiant cook tops, microwave, and dishwasher. Our condo comes with a King size washer and dryer and every bedroom has a television along with a progressive scan DVD/VCR, including one with a PS2 for the kids to play. The living room comes with a 57 Inch Toshiba Big Screen TV and a progressive scan DVD/VCR.

Crescent Shores has a 110 foot Oceanfront Pool, a 200 foot Lazy River, two Oversized Hot Tubs, a Kiddie Pool, an Indoor Pool, and an on site Fitness Room. The pools are heated during the off season.

Our Non-Smoking Condo has a King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, a King Size Bed in the second bedroom, and Two Queen Size beds in both the third and fourth bedrooms. The living room has a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa to accommodate two extra guests.

Crescent Shores is located three miles north of Restaurant Row, two miles north of Barefoot Landing, and close to many area attractions; including Dixie Stampede, Grand Prix Amusement Park, Alligator Adventure, Golf Courses, Miniature Golf Courses, and many other entertainment attractions.

  • Nine members of my family enjoyed your condo labor day week 2005. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the view out the side from this end unit. We like WHD location and security. The connected parking garage is also wonderful. The teens loved the hi-speed internet for late night chatting with their friends. The queen beds did seem a tad smaller than our queen bed at home. Owner was great to work with, responded well and did everything he said he would do. I would rent this same unit again.
