One of the very nearest to the ocean of all the Villas in Kingston , its only a 3.5 minute walk to the boardwalk that is on the beach and connects all 5 hotels that you have access to. This is why Kingston is so popular! All the many pools , jacuzzis and facilities are at your disposal not to mention the pools at Kingston itself. A private rarely used pool is just a minute walk from our front door that guests of our part of Kingston use exclusively . We are not on rental program with Kingston , this is a luxury privately owned home .
In our home you will find the kitchen has beautiful stainless appliances including professional series convection oven and microwave . Brand new dishwasher and maytag " neptune " washer-dryers. Brand new stainless refrigerator to match . Blender and George Forman grill , Cutco knife block ect ect.
Vaulted ceilings and a modern color scheme commpliment the various unique glass works of art that are all around the home but out of the reach of kids. As beautiful as the Villa is , its kid safe . It has a post modern asian theme to the decor. Much of the paint is a creative blend of minerals and gold that is simply stunning when light hits it .
Master bedroom has a King mattress , contemporary oversized mahogany sleigh bed and super comfy chaise lounger . The bathtub shower area has a curved shower curtain for added room and the Hansgroe showerhead is incredible. Along with a ceiling fan and a 100 channel cable TV, the master suite is beautiful and spacious .
The guest bedroom has a next to top of the line Sealy firm Queen mattress on a sleigh bed as well . Curved shower curtain and Hansgroe showerhead as well. Ceiling fan and 100 channel cable tv . Its little extras like this that make our home that much more unique in comparison to the mundane rental properties that are all too common in the Kingston Plantation property.
The den - living area is roomy and inviting , modern pictures and sculptures all around. 40 inch 1080p plasma TV , , X Box with games and 2 controllers provided. An assortment of DVD movies are provided as well. Watch the dvds on the Playstation 3 and controllers { but no games } .Two ceiling fans and a brand new AC unit keep unit very cool . Two large comfortable sofas, dining table and bar stools for the bar make the unit a great gathering place for everyone. Modern lighting brings a soft touch to the Villa at night.
Make no mistake , this is not an "investment property " for us . These properties litter the beach and are glorified motel rooms . Staying with us is like staying at your own home. We are meticulous in every aspect of it from being fanatical about cleanliness to providing every possible thing you will need. Villa comes with all linens , pillows , blankets , towels , beach towels , 2 hairdryers , iron and board , body wash , shampoo ,conditioner ect ... toilet paper and paper towels as well as cleaning supplies provided . Beach towels , beach chairs and beach umbrellas , childrens beach toys inc shovels and sand filter kit , boogie boards ect... Bring flip flops and you are set to go. This is simply another aspect of your stay with us that you will find superior to other Villas here .
Balcony overlooks tranquil back yard that is quiet with shaded trees.The best part is our location . We are at the front of the Kingston property close to the ocean which you can see from the main window. Two chairs as well as breakfast table and bar stools complete balcony. We do the cleaning ourselves as we do not trust cleaning crews to do the kind of thorough cleaning our guests deserve.

What seperates us is we simply try harder to provide a better vacation experience . We do not contract our home out to rental service companies . We are very hands on and like helping our guests get the most out of their stay. We try to be available around the clock during your stay and are not too far from you if you need us .

Kingston is a gated community and has 24 hr security. The grounds are beautiful with a lake , walking trails and a beautiful habitat of ducks and geese . Its safe for kids and our unit is almost at the water . Its perfect.

This home is just as described in the listing. It was nicely decorated, extremely clean, in a great location and peaceful. Too many great things to mention them all- highlights include: easy walk to beach and pools, nice neighborhood feel, shaded deck, unbelieveably comfortable master bed and was extremely well-appointed (has all the stuff you'll need.) We also liked that this location makes for a nice run from the villa to the main road and along the cart path. We will stay here again.

We are return visitors to this vacation villa. As Iowa educators who spend time with our son and his family during their own teacher spring break, we were thrilled that this beautiful property has changed to accomodate their growing family. It is a treat to have just a short walk to the ocean, but it is also a property that is enjoyable to come home to. I don't think we have ever stayed in a rental that anticipated our every need. From cooking utensils to beach gear to gaming activities, movies and books, everything was available in this villa. The villa has beautiful decorating touches that create a feeling of coziness and home. The access to the oceanfront activities and multiple pools provides endless fun for families. Renting this property is hassle free, particularly when the owners are easy to contact and always repond to questions and concerns immediately. We came away with many memories to treasure as apart from the amenities available on site, there are numerous activities in the area to pursue: miniature golfing galore, the acquarium, and unbeatable show performances.

This property was everything as promised and more. This was our first vacation to Myrtle Beach. My husband and I and our 2 children had a wonderful time. The condo was extremely clean. The decor was very modern and beautiful. The lotions and soaps and paper products were an added plus. The beach towels, the beach toys, the beach chairs were a great convenience. The owner Brent was wonderful. He was always available to answer any of our questions. He really took the time to make sure our stay was enjoyable. If you ever get a chance to visit, definitely listen to Brent's advice on the restaurants. You can tell he enjoys a good dinner out just like we do. Since it was our first visit to Myrtle Beach, his recommendations were very helpful. I would 100% recommend this property to my family and friends. Kingston Plantation was an awesome place to be. We made many happy memories here. Brent, thank you again for letting us share your home.

We had an awesome time at Myrtle Beach this summer. We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and much, much more. It was a great location. Very close to the beach but away from it all when you needed to have family time. I would highly recommend this site to all my firends.
