There is a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area for relaxing and enjoying meals. Full size washer and dryer is in the villa. There are four (4) cable TVs, two (2) DVD, and Wi-Fi Internet. A BBQ grill is located just outside the back that overlooks the Golf course, The Resort has 4 Swimming Pool areas each with a Jacuzzi. One pool is located directly in front of the villa only a few feet away. Great rental for a fall get-away! Great value. The condo was spacious and exactly as advertised. Both the condo and the property were well maintained. The property management company was the best to work with in securing the reservation and with the timely return of the security deposit. It was easy for us to get to Pawley's and walk the beach, as well as to Murrells Inlet for dining. Shopping was fun, too. We will be back!

We've been to this condo 4 years in a row...and it's always like "coming home" when we arrive..we just love it! So bright, cheery, clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and pet friendly!!! Denise has always been great from start to finish with renting details...I would highly recommend staying here to anyone! The photos and informational write up online describe it perfectly...you can't go wrong here!

This is our 4th time staying at the condo we rented from Wolf Property Services and love it! The information and photos online are very accurate...the place is clean, quiet, and well maintained.Denise is always helpful from start to finish...it's like our "home away from home"! In addition to the beach, we always make sure we go to a nearby restaurant called Pastaria 811 I(talian food) before we go home. I highly recommend staying at this condo!

This condo was so much more than I expected! It is pleasantly decorated and very large; it is particularly nice that the master bedroom is somewhat separated from the other two bedrooms...plenty of space for ourselves and our two adult children and their spouses! We could not have found a nicer place or better location for the incredible off-season price...and it's PET FRIENDLY! The rental was easy and the agent was well informed and quick to respond to my inquiries. My deposits were returned on time. I highly recommend this place any time of year!

This place is great! We stayed four weeks this summer and loved it. It's close to everything in Pawleys. The unit is very clean and nicely furnished. Rentals don't come any nicer. If you golg, True Blue and Caladonia are the premier courses in the area.

We stayed at this Villa in Mid June 08 and had the time of our lives. It was very clean, well decorated and everything worked!! Bugs were absent unless a door was left open. Furthermore, the beds were very comfortable. Also, it was spacious and close to amenities. The price was reasonable and affordable. My only complaint was that a fishing pier is miles away as we had to drive to Garden City and beach access isn't easy in the Pawleys Island area. Overall, an excellent stay. Jim Schober

This villa was amazing! Set on a beautiful golf course, and just a hop away from the pool, we enjoyed are short weekend here and would definately go back. For the price and convinence this is a wonderful place to stay. Thanks for making our vacation so comfortable and relaxing!!

We stayed here this past weekend on a spur of the moment get away. The place was immaculate! Very comfortable and extremely well furnished, especially the kitchen ... they even have beer glasses (yea!!)! Thanks for the retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed it and our minature daschund is most proud of "his" new condo!
