This deluxe condominium offers 1110 square feet of functional space. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed private bath with a jetted Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size Murphy bed and two single bunk beds with a private bath and separate outside entrance. The living area offers a queen-size sofa sleeper and private full bath. Our condominium works well for a single family or two to three couples/families.
Elevator access from covered parking garage with luggage carts provided makes the condominium easily accessible.
Enjoy... our kitchen comes fully stocked with staples and condiments (no need to buy any spices). Ride the shuttle to grocery store and cook a gourmet meal while visiting with friend at the bar. Our outside deck makes it fun to enjoy the mountain scenery or watch the day or night time activity in Downtown Winter Park.

Why the Owner Chose Crestview Place
Winter Park is Colorado's favorite ski area -- some of the best skiing anywhere in a people friendly, no-nonsense community. Leaving I-70 and coming over Berthoud pass the view of Grand county is a reminder that you are away from the city and in world of recreation, relaxation, and adventure. We chose Crestview Place because of it's proximity to the mountain, walking access to town and entertainment, and because of ease making one trip with the use of carts from the parking garage up the elevator to the condo. It's warm and cozy in the Winter, and bright and cheery in the summer.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
In the summer you can sit on the balcony and enjoy a concert in Cooper Square or the fire works on the forth of July and it only take 5 minutes to head down an join the crowd in the square. The hot tubs are just one floor down, the ski shuttle is just outside the complex door, downtown shops and the ice skating rink is just just across the street and you can take the elevator down to your car and get anywhere you want to go with ease. With the sleeping quarters below the living area, the only noise you hear is the noise you make. The living area upstairs with a fully stocked kitchen, spacious dinning area and sunken living room with fireplace and TV and bathroom feels like a separate home.
