"Just lookin" is what you will do as you enjoy the magnificent views (comfy in your adirondack chair) from the top (fourth) floor of this sunny and cute condominium.
(FYI: no footsteps heard from above to disturb you on the 4th floor!)
A bright, cheerful decor warms you as much as the sun and beach breeze as you watch the seagulls, pelicans, and shimmering waters from your kitchen table. Also, enjoy the recently-updated details of earth-color tile floors and silestone countertops.
If you prefer a more active vacation, enjoy a one-minute walk to the beach or to the three Gulf Place pools (two are heated). Enjoy the bike and pedestrian path along scenic Highway 30-A which is just steps away, or strike up a game of soccer or baseball on the large, grassy park located just behind the condominium balconies. (Concerts and movies are shown here in the warmer seasons.)
Restaurants, cafe (with internet service), and boutiques are just steps away in Gulf Place. Santa Rosa Golf Course is located five minutes away, and for those of you looking to shop 'til you drop, the San Destin Outlets are merely a ten minute drive down Highway 98. Enjoy a quick drive to Grayton Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary Beach for lunch, dinner, or afternoon cocktails.
For those with Young Children, our condominium has a Pack-n-Play as well as a portable High Chair that is yours to enjoy while you're there. We also have two adult beach chairs, one child's beach chair, a beach umbrella, and beach toys that we are happy to share with you during your stay.
Each bed has a comfy down comforter and soft, 100% cotton sheets. For those with mobility concerns, an elevator is centrally located in the building. COME AND ENJOY!
