Eyrewell Downs is a luxurious, spacious, single level four bedroom country home surrounded by a beautiful garden with relaxing country views.
It is located between the Waimakariri River (10 minutes drive), one of New Zealand's largest braided rivers and the South Island's most fished river; 60 minutes from skifields on the Southern Alps, the longest (550km/340miles) and highest mountain range of New Zealand; and from 30 minutes drive to expansive ocean beaches which have much to offer for both recreational activities and for our wildlife.
Sleeping ten, it has a super king-size bed, a four-poster queen size bed, two other queen-size beds and two single beds. A portacot is also available.
There are three bathrooms: one ensuite with a shower, one bathroom with a luxurious spa bath and shower and a third bathroom with a shower.
The house opens out onto two terraced areas on its north and west sides. Outdoor furniture seating 12 and a gas barbecue enable relaxed dining in the garden during the summer months.
There is a large lounge and a separate adjacent family room. The lounge, dining room, family room and master bedroom all open out onto the terraced areas and look out to the peaceful countryside.
A full size billiard/snooker table is located in the family room. Three bicycles (one adult bike, one to suit 9-14 year-old children and one to suit 6-9 year-old children) are available for your use.
