This newly renovated, 3+ bedroom & 2 bath guest vacation home is situated on an acre in the foothills of the Bridger Mountains. Panoramic 360-degrees Mountain views in a quiet family-friendly subdivision will lend a peaceful setting yet allow quick access to town, services and airport in less than 15 minutes.
Recreation opportunities begin even closer to home with several excellent Bridger Mountain trail heads for hiking located less than a few miles away. Access to skiing, fishing, walking trails, golfing and swimming are all within a 20 minute drive. Enjoy watching the wildlife (deer, elk, birds, hares) roam the yard, changing seasonal sunsets or stargazing at night from the large 2nd floor deck.
Within the home you’ll enjoy a comfortable layout with new furnishings, rustic pine trim and doors and great views from every room of the surrounding mountains and nighttime city lights in the valley below. As you enter the house via the 2 car garage or main front door entryway you’ll arrive in the living room complete with a comfy queen sized sleeper sofa, galley kitchen and dining with seating for 6-8 allowing access to the outside backyard and patio. Heading downstairs, guests will enjoy the family room with gas fireplace, a bedroom with queen bed, small office area and large bathroom with laundry facilities. Continuing upstairs to the second floor you'll find an additional bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, access to the deck area and 1 small office/bedroom with a full sized sleeper sofa and built-in desk.
The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless-steel quality appliances, plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, coffee maker and small appliances such as a toaster, mixer, etc. Feel free to use any cooking essentials in the pantry or pick up your own supplies. A gas grill is available on the patio and takes your cooking outdoors to enjoy summer gatherings and dining with a view.
While not enjoying the beautiful Montana area outdoors, plan to spend time at home with modern conveniences such as wireless internet, Dish Satellite TV offering over 120+ different local and national channels, a BluRay DVD player and a house library of 50+ family/action/drama movies to choose from.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions as I’d be happy to explain more detail regarding the house and amenities (ex. In the garage, 5 adult sleds are available to use for sledding during winter). I’d be happy to welcome you to Montana and my home in the foothills of the Bridger Mountains.

About the owner: Hi there -
Welcome to Montana! My name is Will and work in project management in the software industry. When not tied to my computer, I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible. Some favorite past-times include: Traveling, Skiing, hiking, biking and camping.
Why the Owner Chose Bozeman: Although not a native of Montana, I grew up frequently camping, exploring the area with my family. Yellowstone and the surrounding area quickly became a favorite vacation place as I grew older. I choose this property for it's views, proximity to the Bridger Mountains, peaceful location and yet still remaining close to town for urban pursuits.
