Kapalua is one of the most luxurious resorts in Hawaii, situated on 1650 acres. It includes two championship golf courses, including The Plantation Course where The Mercedes PGA Golf Tournament is played each January.
There are three white sand beaches, including Kapalua Bay, which is consistently rated America's Best Beach by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. It is great for snorkeling and the surf is generally mild enough for kids of any age. D.T. Flemming Beach, below the Ritz-Carlton, is a great place to have lunch or a drink. Oneloa Bay is a large and good surfing beach next to D.T. Flemming Beach. If you just want to sun, you can do that too!
You will find many restaurants within the resort for every occasion, ranging from elegant to casual dining. If you wish, there is use of a FREE door-to-door shuttle which will take you anywhere on the resort.
The Golf Villas are a group of low rise condominiums adjacent to the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. Kapalua has ten modern tennis courts near the Bay Course golf shop.
Our ground level villa is a one-bedroom, two-bath apartment which is completely furnished in every detail for luxurious living. There are no steps to climb. The covered lanai provides a spectacular view of the blue Pacific, with the island of Lanai in the distance.
Our apartment is 1338 square feet including the lanai and is in the center of the project adjacent to the main swimming pool.
For the convenience of our guests, FREE, Unlimited Long Distance telephone service is available to the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

This is a great location and located between two pools. The unit has a big lanai with beautiful views. The owners are very nice to work with. We enjoyed our stay in August and love the Kapalua Golf Villa grounds etc.

The villa was very comfortable, quiet & spacious. Since we snorkeled all but 1 day, we appreciated the washer & dryer to refresh the towels & our swim suits. We enjoyed being close to great snorkeling - Honalua Bay less then 3 miles and Kapalua Bay - less than 1 mile. We saw turtles at both bays. The villa was clean when we arrived and since we stayed 10 nights, the owner had scheduled a midpoint cleaning - at no charge, unlike other rentals. Also, we had the 7th night free which lowered our average daily rate. The villa is air conditioned which is very useful on the warm, humid evenings. We tried to minimize the use of the A/C as requested by the owners - and the ceiling fans made the villa comfortable. Although the entry is on ground level, the property slopes so the lanai is on the second level - giving a better view.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

Great value, great unit, lovely views! We throughly enjoyed staying in this Golf Villa. The property is well maintained, well stocked, and located in one of the most beautiful resort locations in the world.

During these times we're trying to find the best bargain we can get. This place is absolutely a bargain! Owners were a pleasure to deal with. Having a private condo is much more comforting than staying at an expensive small room hotel. Food is expensive in Maui so cooking a few meals from home saves a little with costs. My wife and baby enjoyed every second being in this condo and the peacefully quiet area of Kapalua. Looking forward to coming back again next year! Thanks! Ben, Sheri and Brooklyn

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. First of all, it is very clean, comfortable and attractive. It is well-equipped and spacious. The view is delightful ~~ ocean in the near distance framed by flowering trees, elegant pines, a beautiful golf course and (in the evening) sunsets. From the villa, it is an easy walk to Kapalua Beach and the Kapalua Coastal Trail so we had a wonderful time snorkelling and walking.

We really enjoyed our stay at your Maui Condo. It was a perfect fit for Brian and me. It was cloe to the Golf Tournament at the Plantation Course which e attended every day. If I hear of anyone travelling to Maui, I will promote your condo to them. I wish I cold say we were heading back to Maui in 2012 but so far our plans have not gotten that far.
