This house is located on a dead-end street off the main avenue of Maravista with views of Great Pond and a path leading to the sandy inlet beach of this saltwater pond. On the next street over starts a dirt walking/biking path that runs along the whole length of the pond leading straight to the ocean. There are benches along the way if one would like to sit down and view the beautiful Cape Cod scenery. The public boat ramp is only three streets over and Bristol beach is only one mile away. This is an ideal location for boaters and families with children.
The house includes a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are 3 queens and 3 twin beds with pillows/ comforters/blankets. No bed linens or towels provided. There is a furnished deck, outdoor hot water shower, gas grill and the backyard is fenced in for privacy. Also, there are two A/C units in the house.

The house was great, it exceeded all of my expectations. The owners were easy to work with, and the rental process was trouble-free. The back porch and yard were great to hang out in both day and night. Wicked close to the bay and beach, we had a great time!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.
