The minute you walk through the door of this newer two bedroom, two bath home you'll feel like home yet will enjoy every amenity of a first class hotel. It is located within the gated community of Anthem Country Club featuring two absolutely spectacular world-class golf courses, the Persimmon and the Ironwood both managed by ClubCorp, Inc. The golf courses are open for Member play although a limited amount of non-member tee times are available each day through their ez links program. There are over 30 golf courses open for non-member and public play all located within a 30 minute drive. We provide information to make adavance tee times at these courses at discounted rates through the season and non-season as well.
The home itself overlooks the 6th fairway of the Ironwood course with beautiful Northwest views of the golf course, arroyo's and Daisy Mountains. The kitchen boasts top of the line stainless steel appliances for the gourmet, the living areas and master retreat enjoy views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The home has been professionally decorated and upgraded with all of the comforts and conveniences of home.
There is a king bed in the Master Retreat with a large walk-in closet, a Queen Bed is located in the Guest Suite, both have been finely appointed with Ralph Lauren Linens. There is an oversized two car attached garage with entry into the kitchen for convenience. The yards have been landscaped in beautiful Sonoran Desert and the exterior of the home has been finely finished with beautiful rock accents and painted in warm desert tones in keeping with the palettes and plants of the surrounding desert.
It is conveniently located near Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree & Wickenburg and within a short drive on Hwy. 17 to Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Prescott, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. It is 20 minutes to Lake Pleasant for all of your water sports. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is located 26 miles away.
The Persimmon and Ironwood Country Club fitness centers and swimming pools are open to guest use on a very limited two week increment per year per individual guest with a two person household maximum. Use of the Anthem Community Center featuring the Water Park, Climbing Wall, Basketball, Fitness, Fishing, Children's Train, Pools and much more are open to our guests staying 90 days or longer. The fee for this facility is $90 per person/per 90 days, maximum two temporary memberships per household. The Country Club Membership is also transferable to our guest for longer term rentals of 6 months or more, transfer fees apply. The facility use fee, guest usage and terms may be changed at any time at the discretion of Anthem Country Club and Community Center. Each owner and guest must abide by these changes should they occur~thank you.
