6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath on the oceanside in Corolla Light Resort (1062 Beacon Hill Dr). Private Pool heated indoor/outdoor pool, with attached Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, two water falls and swim up bar. Movie Theater room with 82" screen, surround sound, and custom built sectional with full sleeper sofa, recliner, and lounge chair. 13 flat screen TVs & 5 DVD players. Playstation II & a VCR. Rec Room with infrared (cool) sauna, tanning canopy, pool table, karaoke machine, & foosball table.
Sunroom located over part of the pool area, allows you swim "inside and outside" with heated pool available year round ($200 extra in may, june, sept, oct, and $400 in nov-apr). Ship's Watch, Elevator, 2 gas fireplaces (available Off season only). 3 dishwashers, 3 full size refrigerators, 2 microwaves.
2 enclosed outside showers, screened porch, decks, teak deck/pool furniture, gas grill. Port-a-crib & high chair. Non-Smoking. House -Broken Pet Allowed (strictly enforced). Only up to 12 passes/armbands to Corolla Light Amenities including community pool, trolley service, Indoor Pool and Sports Center & more.
Trolley Service is available in season to take you to the beach and resort amenities. BEDS: 4 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Bunksets, pyramid bunk with single trundle underneath (shares a bedroom with a King), 1 Twin (shares a bedroom w/ a King), Sleeper sofa (double size). All King and Queen beds are memory foam mattresses. Costa Rican furnishings and decor throughout home.
Check out is 10am, check in is 4pm, one-third of renters must be at least 25 so no youth groups/parties. NON-SMOKING INCLUDING INDOOR POOL AREA, 50% down to reserve which is non-refundable unless we find a replacement tenant (less cancellation fee). housebroken dogs permitted but no pitbulls, cats, or dogs under 1 year old.
Pool heat fee is $200 from may through october, $400 from november through april.
Deposit required to reserve, $275 cancellation fee plus any other costs associated with rerenting property ONLY if we can find a replacement, otherwise you lose your deposit. No pitbulls or cats, or dogs under 1 year old. tax is 12.75%
