6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath on the oceanside in Corolla Light Resort on a high lot with a view of the ocean and Currituck Sound. Private Pool heated indoor/outdoor pool, with attached Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, two water falls and swim up bar. Movie Theater room with 82" screen, surround sound, and custom built sectional with full sleeper sofa, recliner, and lounge chair. TV, DVD and stereo. Rec Room with infrared (cool) sauna, pool table, air hockey table.
Sunroom located over part of the pool area, allows you swim "inside and outside" with heated pool available year round ($400 extra in april, may, sept, oct, and $750 in nov-dec). Ship's Watch sitting area, Elevator, 2 gas fireplaces (available Off season only). 3 dishwashers, 3 full size refrigerators, 2 microwaves.
2 enclosed outside showers, screened porch/ dining area,teak decks, pool furniture, gas grill. Port-a-crib & high chair. Non-Smoking. Mature, friendly, house broken pet allowed (strictly enforced). Oceanfront parking pass & 12 passes/armbands to Corolla Light's community pools, summer trolley service, Indoor Pool and Sports Center, mini golf, walking trails & more is included; if lost, replacement passes may be purchased directly from Corolla Light. A small charge off season (mid Sept-mid May) may apply for passes requested during your stay.
Trolley Service is available in season to take you to the beach and resort amenities. BEDS: 4 Kings, 2 Doubles, 2 Bunksets, 1 Twin (shares a bedroom w/ a King), Sleeper sofa (double size). All King beds are memory foam mattresses. Costa Rican hard wood furnishings and coastal decor throughout home.
Check out is 10am, check in is 4pm, one-third of renters must be at least 25 so no youth groups/parties. NON-SMOKING INCLUDING INDOOR POOL AREA, 50% down to reserve which is non-refundable unless we find a replacement tenant (less cancellation fee). $100.00 extra fee for service dogs which are permitted only under special needs circumstances. Mature, well behaved, service dogs permitted. No barking, aggressive dogs, puppies, cats, or other pets permitted.
Deposit required to reserve, $275 cancellation fee plus any other costs associated with rerenting property ONLY if we can find a replacement, otherwise you lose your deposit. State and local sales tax is 12.75% security deposit of $500 required (refunded immediately after). Partial stays policy... 3 nights is 70% of weekly rate, 4 nights is 80%, 5 nights is 90%, 6 nights is full rate. Our minimum is $1400.00 for any stay .

- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : This home has ground floor entrance and an elevator to all three floors but is not handicap compliant with 36" door frames, roll in shower or lower counter heights.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations) : A Wheelchair fits into the 36"elevator that accesses all three levels. Several large showers with low curbs but bedroom & bathroom door frames are 30".
- Kid Friendly : Bedroom with 2 bunk sets, single bed in one of the king rooms and a full sized sleeper sofa in the movie theatre room. There's a kiddie pool, games, puzzles air hockey and a pool table. Use the door alarms to prevent unknown access to the pool & decks

- Off road 4WD only beach driving & fishing nearby. We include wristbands for 12 to Corolla Light, the community rated the "Best Community 2010" in N.C. with full rate rentals. This includes oceanfront parking lo passes and the seasonal trolley shuttle service throughout the community and to the beach. The ocean front pools have dressing rooms, restaurant and bar. There's also soundfront pools, tennis courts and walking trails. Brindley Sports Center, a two minute walk, has extensive fitness facilities including indoor tennis, raquetball, walleyball and an olympic indoor pool and whirlpool and other planned activities and events for adults & kids . Brindley Sports Center is open year round with fitness equipment, weight room, locker rooms and has lessons for golf & tennis available for a fee. Access to amentites with wrist bandsthat are provided for maximum of 12. Additional bands may be provided at the Brindley Sports Center only if lost or if not provided with your rental.

This year we were very thankful to be able to spend our holiday with our family at "See World"! This house has everything that you need to make you feel at home (but better)! Both the kids and adults enjoyed time in the game room, media room, pool and hot tub. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our Thanksgiving feast, and the dining room table table was great for the 12 of us to gather round to share the day. Watching the sunset everyday from the living room and deck was perfect! Absolutely breathtaking! Great house and a great week!

We stayed at See World recently and I am so thrilled with our experience. The home is even more lovely than the pictures and the service from the property owners and Nick the property manager is first rate. We have a 15month old and loved the fact that we had both an indoor and outdoor pool right there at the home. Traveling even small distances with a toddler is not easy, so we spent most of the week right there at the home enjoying all that it has to offer. I especially appreciated the elevator. Much more preferable than carrying my daughter up and down the stairs frequently. The views from the rooftop deck and the 3rd floor kitchen were beautiful. We were fortunate to have many clear days to enjoy the scenery. The home is decorated with such detail. You will love the beautiful custom wood floors and doors to all the rooms. One-of-a-kind. I highly recommend See World. You will not be disappointed. My family cannot wait until next year when we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Lynn, Rich, and Nick for a wonderful vacation!

We just returned from our vacation. Nobody wanted to leave. This was the perfect house. Very well taken care of. Very clean and well stocked. This was the most amazing pool we have ever had. Made the trip that much better. Highly recommended. The owners were wonderful. Very friendly and easy to work with. This was our first time renting from the owner and not through an agency and it went very smoothly.

Our family has been visiting the Outerbanks for the past 13 years. This is the 1st year that we have stayed in Corolla Light. Corolla Light was a great experience, but Sea World made the experience better!. There was something for everyone....from the theater room to the game room to the pool, everyone was entertained. The house is beautifully decorated and well kept. The sunsets were incredible! You truly cannot go wrong with this house. We are hoping to be guests again this year!

" I was fortunate to stay one week with my friends at your rental, "See World" in Corolla last year. We are looking to vacation again this October in Emerald Isle, NC. Do you have a home near there or any VRBO recommendations for that area? We enjoyed "See World" so much it's difficult to find another home that even comes close. That is one fantastic home and your attention to detail shows in every way. We did finally see a sunset on Saturday night, it was amazing as was everything. I don't think any of us wanted to leave on Sunday. I will definitely tell anyone looking at Corolla to check out See World and I will be checking with family members about upcoming years.... And last but not least, you guys have been some of the best people to work with. I really enjoyed meeting and working with you. The whole experience was wonderful and I would not have changed a thing!!! All the best to you and I will be in touch next time we vacation in Corolla!

"My husband wanted me to tell you that the bed in the third floor master was the most comfortable he has ever slept in and that includes our bed at home. He has chronic back pain and slept so well at See World. I really want to tell you is how much we loved See World. Your home is beautiful and we all had a wonderful vacation. I especially loved the third floor. The kitchen is fantastic and we ate most of our meals there. My husband put together a large puzzle at one end of the long table. We loved the views from the deck and the highest deck also offered a beautiful view of the sound. Most evenings had a beautiful sunset. The master bedroom and bath are so well done and the tile work all throughout the house is beautiful and interesting."

We really enjoyed our stay at See World! We can't believe how fast the week went!!! Your house was amazing! Everyone was impressed at how beautiful and comfortable the accomodations were. We really enjoyed the pool and are so glad that it was an option for us! I can't wait to come back. Our kids are already saying that they want to rent that same house because it was so cool! "We left your wonderful house this morning with great reluctance. We have stayed at the Outer Banks for years at Christmas time and this was our all-time favorite property. We all agreed what a shame it was to have found such an amazing house on what is our very last year in NC. (We're moving in June to TX.)"
