We just concluded a week's stay at See World and cannot say enough great things about this property. While the pictures and descriptions are all accurate, it's hard to do this house justice until you actually arrive and experience it for yourself. We had 12 adults and 1 infant, and we were all more than comfortable here. We arrived to the house in fabulous condition - not a single complaint to be had. The downstairs and pool area, wired for sound, made for a great time hanging out as a group. Beach access was a short ride away and we were there every day but one. Property mgr made arrival easy and painless. We comfortably cooked most meals at the house, and there are a number of great restaurants a short drive away. The beer garden and coffee shop a mile to the North is a great place to hang out on a summer afternoon / evening, and be sure to grab a margarita at Bad Bean just to the South of the property. We had a group dinner at Fishbones Seaside Grille and Raw Bar which was excellent and very accommodating of our large number. This was our first trip to OBX and I am confident a return trip is in order in the future. Big thanks to Lynn and Rich for making this such a memorable week - we would absolutely recommend this house for any group looking to rent a house in Corolla.

Our stay at See World was perfect! The house is great and worked well for our family - we have both teenagers and a toddler. The pool was wonderful and the indoor/outdoor feature is great! The elevator made unloading our groceries and luggage for the week a breeze. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with cookware - we cooked all of our meals but one at the house. Our daughter took fabulous sunset photos from the dining room and we rode the bicycles to the nearby park and to the beach every day. I highly recommend choosing this house for your stay in Corolla - we will be recommending See World to our friends and family. Thanks for a great vacation - Lynn is wonderful to work with and scheduling our stay at the house was easy.

Just finished a week at See World, and I cannot recommend this property strongly enough. Everything about the owners, the rental process, the location...all perfect. And what a house! We had 4 families, a total of 6 adults and 8 children, and everyone had just a wonderful time. The house truly has something for everyone, and plenty of spaces for people to carve out their own little corner for some downtime. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and organized, perfect for cooking at home, the media and game rooms are perfect for kids of all ages, and the pool, hot tub and sauna provide relaxation and fun for everyone. We can't wait to return!!

I brought my sons and their families to See World for a celebration trip and it was a marvelous idea. The house is splendid: spacious and well-arranged with beautiful decor. I personally liked the inlaid doors; the carved masks, furniture, and carved doors; and the unique tiling in each bathroom. The views were gorgeous, the amenities gracious and plentiful, and everything was arranged for a wonderful getaway. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and kiddie pool and decks and theater and media room and pool table and air hockey and wonderful kitchen and comfortable beds. One of the favorite places was the ship-watching room---there was always someone there relaxing and often several people there together chatting. The children adored the waterfall in the second floor master bathroom---very big eyes watching the tub fill. Reserving the house was as simple as could be and I had speedy answers to every question that I had to prepare for our visit. The Hoffmans and Nick made sure to check on us frequently and ask if everything was all right. It was---all of our needs were anticipated. One of my grandsons wants to come back again but for three weeks this time. All of us wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Rich and Lynn for sharing your beautiful house. Oops, there are questions I am supposed to answer: The listing was accurate and helpful; the listing photos are accurate but do not do See World justice, it is better in person; the property was spic and span; the owners and caretaker were all helpful about answering questions; I have already recommended this place to others and will again; we had small children with us and were only able to visit a few places but would recommend the Wright brothers site, the Island Farm (Roanoke); the beach; and the Wildlife Education Center--all were great.

This year we were very thankful to be able to spend our holiday with our family at "See World"! This house has everything that you need to make you feel at home (but better)! Both the kids and adults enjoyed time in the game room, media room, pool and hot tub. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our Thanksgiving feast, and the dining room table table was great for the 12 of us to gather round to share the day. Watching the sunset everyday from the living room and deck was perfect! Absolutely breathtaking! Great house and a great week!

We just returned from our vacation. Nobody wanted to leave. This was the perfect house. Very well taken care of. Very clean and well stocked. This was the most amazing pool we have ever had. Made the trip that much better. Highly recommended. The owners were wonderful. Very friendly and easy to work with. This was our first time renting from the owner and not through an agency and it went very smoothly.

We stayed at See World recently and I am so thrilled with our experience. The home is even more lovely than the pictures and the service from the property owners and Nick the property manager is first rate. We have a 15month old and loved the fact that we had both an indoor and outdoor pool right there at the home. Traveling even small distances with a toddler is not easy, so we spent most of the week right there at the home enjoying all that it has to offer. I especially appreciated the elevator. Much more preferable than carrying my daughter up and down the stairs frequently. The views from the rooftop deck and the 3rd floor kitchen were beautiful. We were fortunate to have many clear days to enjoy the scenery. The home is decorated with such detail. You will love the beautiful custom wood floors and doors to all the rooms. One-of-a-kind. I highly recommend See World. You will not be disappointed. My family cannot wait until next year when we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Lynn, Rich, and Nick for a wonderful vacation!

Our family has been visiting the Outerbanks for the past 13 years. This is the 1st year that we have stayed in Corolla Light. Corolla Light was a great experience, but Sea World made the experience better!. There was something for everyone....from the theater room to the game room to the pool, everyone was entertained. The house is beautifully decorated and well kept. The sunsets were incredible! You truly cannot go wrong with this house. We are hoping to be guests again this year!

That is one fantastic home and your attention to detail shows in every way. We did finally see a sunset on Saturday night, it was amazing as was everything. I don't think any of us wanted to leave on Sunday. I will definitely tell anyone looking at Corolla to check out See World and I will be checking with family members about upcoming years.... And last but not least, you guys have been some of the best people to work with. I really enjoyed meeting and working with you. The whole experience was wonderful and I would not have changed a thing!!! All the best to you and I will be in touch next time we vacation in Corolla!

"My husband wanted me to tell you that the bed in the third floor master was the most comfortable he has ever slept in and that includes our bed at home. He has chronic back pain and slept so well at See World. I really want to tell you is how much we loved See World. Your home is beautiful and we all had a wonderful vacation. I especially loved the third floor. The kitchen is fantastic and we ate most of our meals there. My husband put together a large puzzle at one end of the long table. We loved the views from the deck and the highest deck also offered a beautiful view of the sound. Most evenings had a beautiful sunset. The master bedroom and bath are so well done and the tile work all throughout the house is beautiful and interesting."

We really enjoyed our stay at See World! We can't believe how fast the week went!!! Your house was amazing! Everyone was impressed at how beautiful and comfortable the accomodations were. " I was fortunate to stay one week with my friends at your rental, "See World" in Corolla last year. We are looking to vacation again this October in Emerald Isle, NC. Do you have a home near there or any VRBO recommendations for that area? We enjoyed "See World" so much it's difficult to find another home that even comes close. Sadly we are home! The last day- Saturday - was, of course, beautiful. If you're ever looking for a perfect place to take a family photo-- if you walk across the street to the sound side and turn right- enter through the second walkway--- right by the water is this great tree with lots of easily accessible sitting/posing places. So pretty! We loved the house and it was perfect for the rainy weather. Our vacation could have been a disaster but because of all the amenities was just perfect....thanks so much!

We arrived safely here at "See World" and the house is even more incredible than we expected! (By the way, my 5 year old son will probably think of this house whenever he hears a Sea World commercial from here on out!) We can't thank you enough for such a unique opportunity to stay in such an amazing house! I'm writing this email from the high top table in the living room, with an awesome view of the sound! It was such a nice surprise to wake up to such amazing views! You are so blessed to have this house!
